i got my package for my new yezzys and when i opened it i saw some cream and there was a note and it said (this is my special cream. from drake) this has traumatised me for my life never buy this product

I waited 2 months for my order
I was stupid enough to order clothing twice.

THEY ARE NOT WORTH £19 at all
Their is no yeezy tag on anything
Everything looks like non branded aliexpress goods.
I would not wear them.

I waited a while given I knew his situation. The product is beautiful and after the wash the shirt will be even better. This is a man breaking away from modern norms. LOVE LOVE LOVE, SUPPORT SUPPORT SUPPORT my people. This is for us. I love YE and and love his message to the world. God Bless YE

products never arrived, waited for months

Ordered a pair of pods and a wet tshirt in March. It’s taken 13 weeks to arrive and the quality is abhorrent!!! Thrown in some plastic bag - even shein come better!!!
I could have made the top myself it’s that shocking and the sizing is a joke!!!
Kayne you have really let your supporters down!!!!
Adidas would have never allowed that quality to leave their warehouse!!!! It’s a scam - do not order!!!!

Company is a waste of space!!! I’ve been waiting 3 months now. This will be the last time I support this independent artist! I was willing to purchase vultures2 but now I’ll just stream it online for free!

Waited for my order to ship in more than a month with no communication from Yzy.

When I finally reached out to have my order cancelled and refunded due to nothing happened with the processing the so called customer service simply ignored my request and answered questions I didn’t even asked in my e-mail.

Through a couple of e-mails back and forth where they simply ignored my several cancellation requests they simply just stop responding.

To shop at yzy feels like some stole your money.

The worst experience with online shopping ever.. I ordered from yeezy.com merch for 190€ on 22th February and for now I still get nothing. A week ago I received mail from yzy customer service, that my adress is incomplete.. which is not true because I used this adress everytime, when I am ordering something and there wasn’t any problem before.. only yzy had problem… then I wrote there mail and they asked me if I prefer to from their to have my order expedited, so I answer on it, that yes of course I want it as soon as possible and now I am getting automatic reply that yzy sply has full mailbox and I can’t send answer now… wow.. I am long time a fan of Ye, but this experience is really terrible and I am think I will never order anything from this page anymore…

Just goes to show Adidas is actually the brains behind Yeezy I’ve now waited over 12 weeks for my order and there is no update or even a way to contact them. Absolute con. Do not waste your money on anything from this site.

After 2 months of waiting, I got an email that my order was returned without any notice. DHL tracking site says it was "undeliverable". Yeezy customer service is non existent, they didn't get back to me about what happened. I hope I'll get my money back at some point.

Ordered February 12, shirts, pants and pods. Today is the 8th of May and I still haven’t received anything. I have been trying to contact support for more than 3 weeks in order to get a refund but I won’t even get a reply. Had to reach out to my bank to dispute the transaction.

Ordered my stuff 3 months ago, I’ve now contacted Yeezy supply asking for a refund. Get you house organised! You losing fans over here, this hype train left on week 7 so I’m not bothered about the merch anymore

Ordered 13Feb, still not received any form of update/apology. Worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. If you can’t organize your supply chain, don’t market your product. Will never buy again

Whatever you do, do not buy anything from yzy. You will be waiting for trash products from China wholesalers to ship them here. Months and months and months waiting for crap . Buy any other places besides yzy absolutely the biggest mistake I've made online shopping.

I have ordered from them 3 Tshirts for £20 + tax and delivery fee - total about £120! It’s been 3 months and still nothing received. Customer service is non existent and I even haven’t received any emails with confirmation of my order. Looks like a good scam project.

Terrible 2 months later and still have not received my order I ordered the wet shirt and pods I understand it said 4weeks preorder but it’s wayyy beyond that at this point all the celebrities get their clothes and the people who actually pay don’t it’s sad !!!! What a scam saying he tryna help people and taking peoples money !! People don’t wanna receive the clothes when it’s already worn out by every famous person online we don’t wanna wait months later to wear it that’s super corny ye need to step this game up customer service is absolutely horrible I ordered this shirt for a vacay and didn’t even get to wear it cause I STILL have not received it ! Terrible will not be ordering anymore they might as well raise the price back up cuz it’s ridiculous I could of ordered the same one of SHEIN sadly

They said “wait 4 weeks for the products to be shipped”. 7 weeks has passed and still nothing. I contacted them more than a week ago and no response. I contacted them again 3 days ago and obviously i got no response.
Complete scam

Purchase made. No tracking number given. 10 days later i canceled my order. Cancelation was confirmed and reimbursement was said to be made 7 buisness days later. 10 buisness days later and no refund. Scam!

Woeful quality. Hoodie stretched out and covered in marks and pieces of grass like someone rolled around in it. No shape to the product. Absolute scam. Avoid Yeezy.com like the plague.
