4 weken geleden een jurk besteld. Ik had niet gezien dat het niet geruild mag worden als het is afgeprijsd. Vandaag komt er een gekreukeld vod binnen wat ooit €84 zou hebben gekost, het is nog geen €10 waard! Wat een slecht en klantonvriendelijk bedrijf is dit!
Had ik maar eerder de reviews gelezen!

De levering duurde erg lang en als het product dan ook niet goed is heb je een groot probleem met retourneren.
De retour kosten zijn bijna hoger dan de kosten van het product

Customer service offered a partial refund which I accepted- it’s been 9 weeks and no refund. I just email them constantly to annoy them now.

Trust the process it will turn up 10/10 great quality

ye is a very different person and he is the most influential and he has 24 grammy's so he must be doing something right and the quality is excellent so kanye's latest crash out on X is ok

The shipment has been lost and they refuse to refund.

returned a shirt and was told the box was empty. Told them I had the weight of the box etc.. ad they still argued with me. Told them to review their tapes to see who opened the box and the wouldn’t do it. Never had such a terrible experience with a company. Would never buy anything from such a crazy company.

Just a scam website. Don't try to order stuff over there. Just got ripped of so if you want to keep your money, don't go over there.

Never shipped my item. Waited more than a year and 15 emails back and fourth and still no refund. Tracking is very clear that the courier never received the parcel.

I ordered after the superbowl sale 10 months ago. No products received yet, a tracking number that doesn't work and 10 emails all received an automated reply that states they are overwhemedwith shipping emails. I've asked for a refund 3 times now and still no reply.

Poor customer service. I placed an order in June with an ETA of 3-4 weeks, it’s now October and after being patient and sending countless of emails, I have had no response about sorting out my order or issuing me a refund. That’s nearly £100 down the drain. How is Yeezy getting away with it?

Been 5 months and I still have not received my yeezy pods, sent few emails and no reply and no refund, had to contact my credit card to get my money back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Total scam. They must need money real bad. Terrible company to deal with, an absolute waste of time.

Absolutely disgusting service, they are complete scammers and actually unlawful. I did actually receive the goods after months of waiting, I also paid over £200 in shipping that should have covered all duties and customs according to their UK shipping policy, that apparently ensures a 'seamless delivery'. It's literally all over the order 'all duties included'. Since then I have been hounded by Fedex for nearly £300 in customs and duties! I am now receiving letters from a debt collection company. The scammers (yzysply) don't want to know despite them even replying to an email saying ' yes all UK duties are included'. Fedex are no help whatsoever. It's completely fraudulent and I hope this company burns to the ground so that no one has to experience being robbed and scammed like this. Absolute gimps.

I have read that there is multiple lawsuits going on with this scam company and that is why it’s shut down . I ordered my stuff in March 24 and today’s date is July 12 ! lol they lied to me multiple times ,some of the stuff they said is almost funny . Famous guy uses his name to scam people. Good job bro lol !!!

Never send my items, customer service is TERRIBLE and it’s basically a scam
Customer service ran me in circles for a week just to tell me “there’s nothing we can do and you have to contact your carrier” ridiculous.

The order NEVER arrived. Poor communication. They say they are receiving "too many emails". REALLY???
Ordered in March, it´s June now.
