I put 80 dollars in crypto in, hit a big win (just under 1000) and was told i needed to wager 3x my deposit before I can withdraw.. fine whatever. That's crazy but okay... did that. When when I tried to withdraw again I was told it will take 24-72 hours "for their financial department to review it". That is insane. But it gets worse. I check back 24 hours later and my withdraw has been canceled and I cannot withdraw from the site at all. I was told that now I must wait 14 days and maybe longer for them to review my winnings and bets with the provider. They will rob you. They have no intentions of giving me my money. They will keep running me around in circles. AVOID THIS "CASINO"AT ALL COST! IT IS A SCAM!!!

Deposit not added to my account. After sending all the information to customer service one day later i received a reply that deposit was added on another account, which was not mine and not familiar with registered email address. After another two days still no reply, or money in my account. Very dissapointing, no solution offered or clarification. Not very reliable in this matter.
