I guess I should have read the reviews before playing at this site. I made my first withdrawal and it was almost instant. I attempted a second withdrawal and now I am required to provide verification which is fine with me ! BUT they cancelled my withdrawal and I did not receive anything from them on why they cancelled and they did not request verification. I had to reach out to them to start the process. Withdrawing money is impossible. Took days to process and then when I didn’t receive my withdrawal, they tried to tell me it had been sent. I never received it. And now they want me to provide them with bank statements to prove I didn’t receive it. They should be able to trace where the money was sent if it was sent at all.
