Estou a espera para validar a minha conta á mais de 50 horas. Já enviei no dia 17, no dia 18 e hoje é dia 19 de setembro e nada . Já enviei 3 emails e não recebi resposta nenhuma. Já falei no chat online mais de 10 vezes e só dizem que é com o departamento responsável. Não me resolveu nada até agora

This casino scammed me for over 100k. Played here for 1.5 years, everything was fine until you make a big win. Contact support is hiding behind a 'department' that 'accepted my appeal', however if u contact live support they ban u after asking questions. No one contacts me and the live support messages say that I will be contacted soon. it has been 2 months, I havent seen my money, nobody is letting me know what is being done about it. For now, my conclusion is that ybets is a total scam, they are not looking to pay out. I will change my review once I get my 100k, but I dont see that happening as they are ignoring letters by my lawyers as well. The next step will be police/ interpol for cyber crriminal activty. The are actively ignoring my emails, i sent other emails regarding different topics where I get a reply within an hour, I also have videoproof of me winning the 100+k fairly. If anyone knows an atourney for international law as well, please let me know. I got all the proof that complies with the terms and conditions. Willing to give away 50% of the total winnings to anyone who gets my money back. All other reviews that are positive are probably bought and i woudln't trust them. If Ybets responds to this review, please provide contact details other then the 'normal'support email where I get ignored for over 2 months. I'll update the review after I got my money back or police/ interpol charged this criminal organisation.

I did use a bonus, as my videoproof shows: I transferred the bonus funds to my own funds after completing from YBS currency to USDT. The max cashout was in place as 1YBS= 1 USDT, my cashout was limited to 800 YBS. When I tried transferring 1328 YBS (bonus funds), I was rewarded with 800 USDT, completing the bonus. After that I continued playing with USDT (my own money, without a bonus) and I made the 100+k,

Update on the update: First of all first you say max cashout, then you say max withdrawal after the max cashout. This isn't in your bonus terms as shown in the video and also isnt in your terms and conditions: your terms state: after cashing out the funds are mine --> Completion of the bonus. Besides that you took my funds illegaly, if I had withdrawn all of the funds and deposited it back it wouldnt have made a difference. The replies of you show that you are making up reasons, I have a copy of your terms and conditions from 2 months ago (on video also) which proves you are lying and scamming everyone.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Ybet as biggest scam ever.

I have completed their identity verification process THREE times, and each time I try to withdraw my balance of €211.70, they either:

Ask for another verification (even though it's been approved already),

Or completely ignore my emails.

I haven't received a single reply from them since 2 weeks. They just refuse to process my withdrawal, despite me fully verifying my account several times.

This looks like a deliberate tactic to block withdrawals. Extremely shady and likely illegal behavior.

I'm reporting them to their payment providers, licensing authorities, and all watchdog forums.

Edit: The withdrawal indeed was successful but it took a way too long and and i had to complain to authorities. This horrible process with 3x verification I will never forget that's why the star number remains the same.

I have contacted support multiple times and they always say: "your appeal has been accepted and can't be discussed with live support", after that message I get a chat ban and via email support I am getting ignored.
