This is my very first handpan and I am absolutely thrilled with it,delivery was very swift,it was exceptionally well packaged and securely delivered.I am loving the sound and quality of my Yatao D Kurd 13

I bought two of my handpans at Yatao. Nice stuff really! The pans are in good quality, they came with bags and oil and a stand.
When an accident happened, you can send it back for retuning. So you can have many years joy and fun with the pans. Communication via whatsapp is always fast and kind.

Yatao is great. I bought a handpan and it was out of tune… I send them a short video and the send a new handpan that was in tune… great service

I love the sound of my Dkurd 10 handpan for many reasons. The main reason I enjoy this instrument so much is that it has the ability to calm me down after a long day of working with the public (retail). I find this beautiful instrument to help me calm my nervous system down almost immediately after playing.

Ich habe mich der D Kurd Ember Stahl 10 gekauft vor ca. 10 Monaten.
Ich musste mich feststellen dass eine Tone Felder muss nochmal gestimmt werden. Ich habe mich bei Ella gemeldet ein Sehr kompetenten und freundlichen
Sachbearbeiter.
Sie hat mich begleitet von anfangs bis zum Schluss und hat sehr viel Geduld und ich fand sie sehr emphatisch .

Une excellente expérience, niveau qualité, niveau offre, niveau service. Déjà deux yataopan KURD 10 et Ashakiran 15. Étant inscrit à la formation complète de Malte Marten c'est un grand plaisir de jouer avec un son magique. Merci infiniment je vais également en fin d'année me recommander deux autres yataopan

I've orderd the instrument almost 2 month ago. haven't recieve the delivery yet. no answer from Yatao regarding the shipment....

Betrouwbaar en mooie/goede spullen. Levering gaat snel en je wordt goed op de hoogte gehouden. Ik raad Yatao zeker aan!

Ein youtube Video mit Malte Marten, in dem er die besonderen Eigenschaften des Ember Stahl hervorhob, hat zu der Kaufentscheidung geführt. Auch wenn ich noch nicht über die optimale Anschlagtechnik verfüge, habe ich schon einen Eindruck von dem warmen und mystischen Klang der Ayasa D Kurd 10.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase from Yatao.

From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly and professionally. Shipping was fast and the handpan arrived extremely well and securely packaged. I especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like the included CD and care products – it really shows attention to detail and customer care.

The only minor downside concerns the edge protector / edge guard. In the product photos it appears brown, but the one I received was black. This color difference was a bit disappointing, as it doesn’t match the overall look as nicely as expected. It would be helpful if the shop updated the images or added a note mentioning that colors may vary to avoid misunderstandings.

Aside from that, great product and great service – definitely 4 stars and recommended.

Friendly communication, unfortunately and overwhelmingly in English (which I do not mind, but which might deter one or the other of our contemporaries and potential buyers from our cultural sphere), fast delivery, very careful and secure packaging, but above all, the impressive craftsmanship and quality of the handpan itself.
Cleanly finished, very pure sound, high-quality materials, and a decent sound for the price. Once I've learned how to play the instrument and do it justice, I'd gladly buy from this company again at a later date, perhaps for a higher-quality instrument.

I ordered the Yatao D Kurd 13 bundle with the Fundamentals course. The handpan was shipped and delivered well protected, quickly and efficiently. The online course with Malte Martin is very helpful and comprehensive, you can follow it in your own time, at your own speed. You get all the help and advice you will ever need on your handpan journey. I would definitely recommend Yatao and the Malte Martin Method.

The packaging was excellent, and the product was also very good.

My purchase has been held up by US customs. I have spent days trying to call them with no answer. I have never received my $1300 steel drum.
