Hey Jayden,
Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with your order.
We contacted you on January 13th for images of the fitment issue you are having and a picture of your original gear stick trim so we could rectify this issue.
Can you please reply to our latest email? We will have this problem resolved, sir.
Great fitment
Great fitment. Got some other mirror caps on eBay and the fitment was terrible. It felt like if I bumped into the mirror it would pop off. These ones from Twenty Two Tuning have a great fitment. While it's not a perfect OEM fitment, it still locks into the clasps really well and it's really sturdy. Took a little longer than expected to arrive because it was delayed by UPS a few times, but other than that it was great. Would order again.

We’re sorry to hear about the delays with UPS, but we’re glad the mirror caps made it to you safely in the end. If you ever need anything else or have more projects in mind, we’d be happy to help.

The product did not match the description ”Utilizing precision moulds from OEM parts“.
After googling how to install the part and then I realized there should be premade drilled holes to screw the parts onto the vehicle.
I am highly disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of response from customer service, as I have reached out regarding this issue without receiving any resolution
I'll never make a purchase from them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations and that you had difficulty reaching our customer support team. This is not the experience we want for our customers.
To clarify, we do use precision molds from OEM parts to ensure high-quality fitment. However, in some cases, additional fixing holes may be required during installation. We understand how this might have caused confusion, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
We value your feedback and want to make this right. Our team has sent you a request for more information so we can better understand your situation and offer the best possible support. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at Support@xxiituning.com so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

The brake light is slightly off and its not flash properly. There's a small gap on the left side because it keeps pulling out on that side. However, the quality is great and it was well packed—there wasn't a single scratch. Overall, I would rate it a 7 out of 10.
