Xidax PCs Omdömen 

After being on hold for over 30 minutes a recorded voice just told me to call back later.
My company purchased 8 computers from Xidax in 2018 but I quit using them because the support was so bad. I have since purchased over 80 computers from a different company.

Xidax customer support has significantly declined in quality, with complaints about long wait times, difficulty reaching representatives, and slow response times when dealing with technical issues or repairs, leading many to say their customer service is no longer considered good.

I have been having computer issues and had to send it back for repairs. Initially Jorell helped me. He was amazing an kept in contact with me through the whole process and made a long repair much more bearable. Thank you Jorell! Unfortunately, my pc was damaged in shipping and the gpu failed upon arrival. I sent it back in and called today to follow up. Aspen helped me and was also great. He took the time to look into all my questions, even finding the damage on the side panel that had been missed and securing a new side panel for me. I really appreciated his patience and followthrough helping me out today. Thank you both so much!!

I had a small fan issue, and Aspen helped me through any and all questions / issues that I had with my setup. He did a great job in fixing all of my issues, was very thorough, and made sure everything was the way that is it needed to be!

I appreciated the at home help option and the patience of Aspen. He was extremely helpful with fixing the many issues I had as well as explaining things to me that I asked. He spent 3+ hours helping me through the problem and I appreciated his dedication.

I had an issue with a GPU and the support team from Xidax guided me through uninstalling, shipping, receiving, and installing my replacement GPU with kind words and good knowledge.

The initial experience is great, it does feel like a superb system, and most of the parts are not generic. HOWEVER, the vid card was PYNY not exactly top of the line, and i did the build chaotic, and rather jammed together anywhere they could hide it. After having a 4600 custome PC for 3 years, the AIO went out. They did replace it, with a used product and sent it back not very well protected and as far as I can tell within 2 months of recieving it back the motherboard went out. I have a feeling that proper thermal paste and conection was not done when the AiO was replaced but If I check myself it voids there warranty. another 150 to send it back and perhaps purchase an entirely new mother oard hoping everything fits. I want it known that the PC Im writing this review from Is an 8 year old alienware that cost me 1000 dollars LESS than my Xidax and I have never had to even do a deep clean on my Alienware, I have cleaned my Xidax due to obvious airflow issues monthly. Do not buy forom them, stick to a local builder you can take it to or a big name you know will not screw you in the long run, Xidax is not worth the price tag, headache, or short term gains. Read all the fine print, and know that there trade in program isn't actually to help upgrade your system its to help them get new customers from the sales guy himself... stay away!!! There is no top tier sales experience, yes the tech difference is there, but if the thing never works, whats the point?

Aspen was beyond wonderfully helpful. They worked for nearly 4 hours on my computer to get it functioning again. I can't thank them enough.

Aspen was Great , very patient with all me requests and checked things multiple times for me as I asked different questions.

I recently did an upgrade to Windows 11 and my machine started crashing. I contacted support and Aspen go me up and running in no time. I'm not a gamer but a futures trader. My machine is almost 5 years old and Xidax has been nothing but wonderful to do business with.

I shopped around a long time and this company really had the best deals! Good price for what you get, great customer service, and came packaged super well! Runs so well I'm so happy and grateful for my new PC! Would buy again from them in the future!

I bought a computer from them. Windows usb disk blank. Installed the wrong motherboard. Disks they gave me didn't load. I really believe they built me a part computer. Spare parts to build a new one = 100% profit. = fraud.

This is my first purchase with Xidax. I needed dinner assistance with hard drive enclosure info. The person I was working with (Aspen) called me back even though the time was over hours, collected my details for the issue and promptly got back to me the next day via text. He gave me clear instructions and showed me how to resolve my issue and was very responsible and helpful.

Aspen was the best! She helped me get my PC working right and thanks to her I can now play my games with my friends. I give her 7/5 stars. I couldn't be more grateful

Aspen took the time to go over every possible issue across 3 days until we found a solution. I appreciate his patience and expertise as I would've needed to send my PC back otherwise.

I had the privelage of working with Mr. Cole from Xidax Tech support. Over the weekend I had experienced several errors and a few different "Blue Screens Of Death". What I failed to fix over the entire weekend, Mr. Cole had fixed within 15 minutes of our conversation. He was able to walk me through the process step by step to where I felt confident in what he was asking me to do and I didnt feel ignorant about something I didnt know. Point is, he makes you feel comfortable asking question. Thank you Mr Cole. I hope I never have to call again but if I do, I hope you are my tech!
