Elijah is one of the most helpful tech associates I’ve encountered. Company in general is amazing, proud customer of 5 years for a reason. Able to give countless solutions on the spot, impressive to say the least.

Aspen was awesome

My pc lags and won’t let me run more than one program. I have been on the support line for 30 minutes listening to music. I have had to wait days just for an email back. Do not recommend the pc will work but only for one application at a time.

I've bought a few things but this time i needed to figure out BIOS update. COLE T helped me out and guided me through perfectly. The best thing about it is he didn't talk like a scripted robot like a lot of other companies have been doing. Made it personable and felt comfortable in the fact knowing he'll take care of me. Very much Appreciated. Wish i could send them a tip for helping!

Elijah helped me get my cpu swapped instead of waiting on the RMA. From what i understand this is an exception and i appreciate the help. This is my first Xidax pc but the customer service has been great. Highly recommend as they are very transparent.

I purchased a PC from Xidax in 2020 and have only had positive experiences working with them. I got the lifetime warranty and have had to use it twice, one of those times being now. I spoke with Elijah today with some troubleshooting issues and he helped make it a fast and easy experience.

Aspen figured out the issue with my machine from one picture that others (that I know, also people from xidax and the directions for my new vid card) couldn’t help with. I finally after several months have an upgraded video card

Elijah did a great job and was quick with good communication. Fixed my gpu driver issue in a timely manor

I am currently looking to purchase a new gaming system, and I had some technical questions about my pc build. Elijah Walker was extremely helpful and answered my questions fully. I have worked with other organizations, but an employee like Elijah just adds that extra touch to the experience that makes a good company great!

Aspen at Xidax gave very Professional Support. The point of support, especially technical support, is solve a problem. In this case it was a significant problem in that I could not perform my own professional support.

This was outside of Aspen's required function but worked the issue as if it was her own. Friendly (as all tech support is... :-P) and effecient. Find the problem and fix it as quick as possible.

I had the pleasure of working with Cole Tuplin, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his help! He assisted me with everything from fixing my graphics card to troubleshooting issues I was having with my PC. His knowledge and expertise were top-notch, and he made sure to explain things clearly, ensuring I fully understood each step.

Cole also helped me set up my fan RGB lights, which was something I had no idea how to handle. He was incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond by providing pictures that made it easy for me to follow along. His communication was clear and easy to understand, which made a potentially confusing process much simpler.

What truly stood out to me was how genuine and passionate Cole was. He didn’t rush me, answered all of my questions, and really made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. I've been sending customers their way for awhile, finally got an affiliate account, got some funds in the account and after waiting a very long time to be able to request a payout. I finally was able to request to be paid, then I watched the account drained of all the funds and a notif saying I will receive the funds soon.

The issue is that they don't have my banking details or any of that. Never was asked, and I sat on their support phone for a couple hours. Not once did they pick up, just sat there listening to some Lo-Fi music. Before anyone asks, yes, this was during their business hours.
