Xiaomi in Italia vende merce senza pezzi di ricambio (parlando di aspirapolvere -alimentatore 25.2v per vacuum handheld ). Operatore offre soluzione al caso. Dicendo che non vende accessori per prodotto acquistato. Dicendo di rivolgersi al terzo portale di merce che non hanno reputazione di essere autorizzato da xiaomi. Oppure cercando su Internet.pessimo servizio.

They flunked on me several weeks while i tried to find out about shipping dates and they were feeding me tomorrows. will demand my refund and NEVER again will i spend my time on this scam

bought a phone a long while ago, the phone arrived punctual and in perfect working order.
After about a couple of months it developed an issue with the camera focus, which is relatively common. I sent a message and they provided me with a european warehouse address. They replaced the camera and returned the phone within 1 month as per contract (it's not a quick turnaround, but it is what they stated). My emails were punctually answered within a day or two, and since the phone came back it never had a problem again, many months are now gone.
I'd like to buy a new phone for them now, I don't see it on the shop (redmi 4), and I sent message after message to get information about it, but at the moment they are not replying... so I guess they are much better at after sale than presale (otherwise it would have been 5 stars).

Pagato 255 euro in data 11/11/16 per prodotti disponibili poi il nulla spariti...niente mail o contatti...il pagamento risulta accettato...oggi 20/12

After they get your money, there's no more replying to any email, no more communication or anything.
They got the money and they are over with you.
Customer means nothing to them.

Ordered (23/10/2016) a MI5 and it was in stock, phone hasn't been sent yet. No response to my email, nobody contacted me and on web page it stated "COMPLETING (order is currently in preparation)". Never again, don't wasted your time buying on Xiaomiforsale.com

Ordered a Redmi 3S and screen protector, and on the web site it was stated it was in stock.
After a week I sent an email asking why phone hasn't been sent yet. They replied that they have 30 days time to complete my order?!
It was sent 20 DAYS after ordering it.

Their web site also states delivery will be by DHL. This is not true.
It traveled 12 to my address, and I got a mail from Xiaomiforsale asking why I haven't picked up my package, and if I don't, I will have to pay over 90€ postage back to China?
Nobody contacted me about the delivery, and on the tracking web page Xiaomiforsale gave me (4px.com) it stated the package was still in London.
All together it took over 30 days to arrive after my payment. Never again.

Don't wasted your time, money and nerves buying on Xiaomiforsale.

Constantly delayed shipments. From 1 to 2 months, but everywhere writes that catered to very fast shipment, because the goods are in a warehouse. Forget about it,because they lie!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because they will find 100 reasons why delays in shipments. Scary to imagine what the warranty cervice! :/

I ordered a tablet from them at the beginning of July. Their website stated that if products are in stock they will be shipped on the same day, or next working day. After a week I emailed them, and was informed that the tablet will be send next week. After another week, I was informed it will be send in few days. After my third week, I asked again, and was informed that they have many orders before mine, and that the tablet will be send soon. I asked for my money back. Fortunately I received it on the same day. Since then, they changed shipping times on their website. They are unprofessional and not polite. They don't give honest answers about the shipping times. Avoid.

Ich habe verschiedene Teile fuer mein MI4C bei denen bestellt. Bezahlt habe ich, Gott sei Dank, per PayPal. Am naechsten Tag bekam ich eine Email mit der Info "Parcel shipped". Laut der Internet Seite dauert eine Lieferung innerhalb der EU 3-5 Tage. Nach 5 Tagen habe ich auf der GLS Seite den Lieferstatus des Packets gecheckt und der Status war "External Data transfered" und der Status wurde am 23. July eingetragen. Keine weiteren Status Information seit dem. Ich habe mich dann mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung gesetzt und nach dem Lieferstatus gefragt. Die Antwort war "Dear customer,
we handed package to delivery company, so try to contact them because we dont have package yet.". Daraufhin habe ich GLS kontaktiert und gefragt, warum der Status sich nicht aendert. GLS antwortete prompt mit "Hello, please, Contact sender. He didn´t sent parcel physically yet." :)
Das bedeutet, dass das Packet bisher ueberhaupt nicht gepackt und an GLS uebergeben wurde.
Dies ist fuer mich Betrug, da der Verkaeufer mich beluegt. Ich habe dann den Kundenservice gebeten, die Order zu stornieren und den Betrag an meine PayPal Konto zurueckzuueberweisen und seitdem ist Funkstille.
Ich habe den Fall bei PayPal gemeldet und eskaliert. Die kuemmern sich jetzt darum.
Die Teile habe ich dann bei Honorbuy bestellt und 3 Tage spaeter traf die Lieferung ein.
Fuer mich ist dieser Fall Betrug und ich wuerde euch empfehlen, sehr vorsichtig mit irgenwelchen Bestellungen zu sein, Es gibt andere Lieferanten, die wesentlich zuverlaessiger sind, wie Honorbuy, bei denen ich auch schon vorher Bestellungen aufgegeben hatte, die immer prompt und schnell geliefert wurden.

I ordered months ago a RN3 and it came to me all working and that's ok.
Now I ordered 26.06.16 Mi Headphone and it came 30.06.16 and all working again and fast shipping!
I mean all staff they have as "In Stock" is ok to order, but if is as "On The Way", it probably come in 1-2 months or never. So order carefully!

Really bad experience. I ordered the phone (In the event, discounted by 50%), and three months later they contacted me that my order was cancelled and the phone are not and will not be able to deliver.

Ich habe bei xiaomiforsale bestellt weil viele gutes drüber gesagt haben und die Ware immer ankam ....Ich musste leider ein neues PayPal Konto eröffnen weil ich vorher keins hatte .Ich habe bei PayPal alles abgeschlossen und per PayPal bezahlt Geld kam an und Transaktion wurde abgeschlossen .Obwohl sie Geld bekommen haben steht seid 10 tagen das sie auf die PayPal Zahlung warten ......finde ich sehr komisch .....Keine Reaktion auf emails auch auf Paypal keine Reaktion .Ich habe nun den Käuferschutz in Anspruch genommen und hoffe das ich mein Geld wieder bekomme .Sehr viel Stress für garnix ich finde dieser Shop hat es nicht verdient das man dort bestellt .

Das Gerät wurde erst nach 4,5 Wochen geliefert. Die Software war (vermutlich) nicht die offizielle Rom. Eine Einrichtung des Gerätes war nicht möglich - immer wieder hängte sich die Tastatur auf und dann ging nichts mehr. Eine Aktualisierung über die "PC Suite" des Herstellers scheiterte. Erst ein tiefgreifenden Update des Roms über ein fastboot Image war dann erfolgreich. Ich vermute, dass die installierte Rom zu denen zählt, die mit bloat- und/oder malware zugemüllt war. Beweisen kann ich das nicht, da sich das installierte "Etwas" nicht einrichten/starten ließ. Wer sich mit der Installation von Roms nicht auskennt, sollte diesen Shop meiner Meinung nach meiden.

Das Gerät an sich ist nach der Installation eines cm13.1 wie erwartet toll. Aber dafür kann der Shop nichts.

Waiting waiting waiting.... It's getting out of hand... Following their website, the cellphone had to come to EU warehouse within 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks have past, but it even hasn't been shipped. Their support stopped to respond my emails. Can it be worse? Don't think so... Very disappointing.

Übersichtliche und benutzerfreundliche Webseite und ausführliche Benachrichtigungen über den Sendungsstatus. Die Preise sind für einen Händler, der aus der EU verschickt, einfach unschlagbar; zudem kam mein bestellten Xiaomi ziemlich schnell an.

Über den kritisierten Support kann ich nichts sagen, alles andere lief super und ich würde dort jederzeit wieder einkaufen.
