Unfair Subscription Renewal – No Reminder, No Refund
I was charged $114 for an auto-renewal without receiving any reminder email. I contacted Videoleap support within minutes of the charge but was told I don’t qualify for a refund, even though I haven’t used the service.
This feels like a subscription trap. Customers should be reminded before such a large charge is taken, and refunds should be available when issues are raised immediately. Very disappointing customer service.
