This does not work as expected. after using most of the credits because it was not working correctly on edge they advised to go through chrome, remaining credits used trying to get the correct information to be loaded which it never did, they commented that can happen, and i an upgrade from month to yearly. Money Grab site

It's a little expensive, but it does save me a lot of work and pain...

I contacted support multiple times and was unable to get a resolution to what appears to be a UI-driven billing issue.

I upgraded to a paid plan specifically to complete a data extraction that wasn’t finishing on the basic tier. Even after upgrading, the extraction still did not complete, and no additional usable data was returned.

More concerning was how credits were consumed. The system expanded beyond the dataset I had selected, using a large number of credits on data I did not intend to extract and cannot use. The UI and upgrade prompts did not make this behavior clear, making it very difficult to control spend.

The billing experience was also confusing. I expected to be charged only the difference when upgrading plans, but the charges did not align with that expectation.

I requested a refund and attempted to resolve this directly with support, but the request was denied.

I have since found similar complaints from other users describing the same issue.

Based on my experience, the combination of incomplete execution, unclear credit usage, and confusing billing feels deceptive and difficult to trust. I would strongly recommend caution.

Misleading pricing — charged $199 without consent
I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a $16.58/month plan with a 7-day free trial. Instead, I was charged $199 upfront for a full year. There was no clear option to select the monthly plan — the pricing UI defaulted to annual without making this obvious.
I contacted support immediately to request a refund. They claimed they couldn’t find the charge under my email, even though I had a Stripe receipt proving it was billed to my account through Thunderbit, Inc. After I provided the full receipt details — invoice number, amount, date, and payment method — they stopped responding entirely.
I have since cancelled my subscription and removed my payment method. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank.
The founder promotes this tool on Reddit as “Free to start” — but be very careful. What you see on the pricing page is not what you actually get charged. I am not the only one — other reviewers here have described the exact same experience.

This garbage is a deceptive, scam-like service. There is no unsubscribe interface, and customer support ignores you. It’s a piece of crap.
