I had a truly excellent experience with this seller. I ordered a WiFi kit for my printer, which was dispatched the same day—impressive speed! Unfortunately, the first kit wasn’t recognized by my printer. I contacted the seller, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process, doing his best to assist me via email.

When the issue couldn’t be resolved, he promptly sent me a replacement kit at no extra cost, including free shipping. The new kit arrived as soon as it was available and worked perfectly. I was also relieved to learn that I didn’t need to return the original unit, as return shipping from Greece to the UK would have been unreasonably expensive.

Outstanding service, genuine professionalism, and great communication—highly recommended! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again.

Before I bought the part I needed I rang Xentair to check. They sent me photographs to try to answer my questions. I made the purchase and the part arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was subtly different from the part I needed to replace. Xentair agreed to take it back and refund the cost. A free courier label was provided and the package collected as arranged. The refund was issued promptly. Very fair dealing.
