We buy consumables and parts (Xerox) from Xentair quite often now and they are very good. They try to go the extra mile, ship the orders in good time and generally do a very good job.
Their prices are as good as it gets but the service is what takes it to the next level.
The only thing that is not so good is the fact that they don't carry parts and consumables for some of our other machines.

Had an issue whith the delivery that they resolved immediately

I left a previous bad review as I did not receive my product which I have to say I feel bad about now, because the companies customer service man Paul has been outstanding and I think the problem was with Royal Mail and not Xentair. They have been more than accommodating and quite honestly one of the best customer services I have ever come across. So job well done Paul!

They are a super helpful, knowledgeable company who go above and beyond. Got some great advice that saved me blowing a fortune on the wrong part.

Harry was able to find all the components for our printer to carry out the repair, including the fuser oil that we seemed to be unable to source anywhere else, many thanks

Excellent delivery

You had the product when no one else did. Order was easy. Delivered on time.

The item was delivered fast and its shipment path was well communicated in e-mail. The price was quite high and the taxes on top pushed it to an extreme value. But it was the only offer I could find.

I contacted the company by telephone and spoke directly with a person. I described the fault that I was having with my printer. Paul told me what the fault was and supplied me with the parts in order to fix my printer.
