In short, I have been a customer for many years on various other vehicles mostly LED and some HID. I purchased HID headlights for my 2017 honesty and haven’t had nothing but problems with the wiring lights will intermittently come on and off and that’s tough for my wife coming home at night and the headlights are not working. That being said I reached out because you show a lifetime warranty, but it’s truly not unless you pay $40 in shipping to get another kit coming and who’s to say that kit will work and if it doesn’t, I’ll have to pay 40 more dollars to get another kit very dissatisfied I will not purchase again should’ve read the fine print that was hidden about cost of replacement

This company is trying to scam me. They say they have a bulb that fits my car but when it still flickers they say it is a problem with my vehicle and want to charge me to return the bulbs. They said they can send me a replacement kit but if that kit doesn't work, the blame is still on me and I will be charged a return. This is not right.

I bought the H11 6000k HID kit for my 2012 Traverse when I was putting new black headlamps in. I have always hated the dull yellow look of the halogen bulbs. The kit is great! great color and projection. After 5 months in the vehicle, one would occasionally not light up. Usually turning the vehicle off and back on would fire up the light. About 5 times over 3 weeks. Then the bulb went completely out. No matter what I did it wouldn't light up. They are sending out a new kit under the warranty right away. Very happy with the HID's and this company. Very much recommend!

Website was easy to work with through the whole ordering and tracking process got the bulbs within a week very good quality I got them out of the box and hooked them up and they didn’t work so I checked the website out made sure I had everything correct and it still didn’t work I did a live chat and they got to me within 5 minutes and I got Allan whom helped me get it figured out very quickly and effectively 5 star all day long I’ll be buying all of my lights from these guys

Kevin was very helpful with accessing my order to use the warranty. I started having issues with the low beams and he was able to locate the order and get a new set ordered for me.

Customer service is great although I have had to replace 2 sets on my xenon light kits. First set I just had one of bulbs go out. Second set, I think something was wrong with the ballasts because they would randomly turn off. The company has honored their life time warranty without fail though. Love that!

Contacted them for a blown headlight and customer service rep Kevin walked me thru it no terrible and replaced the whole kit for damn near nothing. Easy to communicate and will definitely buy from this company in the future.

This company is fantastic, product selection is excellent and the products themselves work fantastically. Best part is when they don't work for whatever reason, the customer support and warranty are amazing. Allen is the best.

Great service

I became part of the xenon family back in 2018 and i purchased my set of high and low beams.seven years later I have a minor issue with the bayonet on the light bulbs and with no questions asked I only pay out 39.99 for the lifetime warranty per kitto cover shipping and handling and my new ones are on the way. Can't wait to see how these bulbs perform 7years Later. Thx XENONPRO

I have had these lights for over 2 years, and one side stopped working, so I reached out to them about their lifetime warranty replacement! They were able to help me and honor their word on the lifetime warranty, and help me !! Will buy more lights for my other vehicle now!! Thank you
