X8drums Omdömen

I was looking for a cajon to donate to our church. After looking at numerous websites I found myself coming back to X8drum because it gave me the most information.

Knowing my needs but little about cajons I gave x8drums a call and asked for help.

We went through the best options and they took care of the order all in one call.

I am excited about the X8drum bass cajon we decided on and cannot wait until it arrives.

This store has friendly courteous and honest service. I have shopped here more than once. They always made sure of my business.

My original order was almost ready to be shipped out to me. I wanted to change my original order to something else. I could not believe how hassle free and smooth that transaction went. I am really excited about my new purchase of the De Gregorio Compass Cajon!! Thank you X8 Drums you rock!!

I called them instead of just ordering on line. They where a great help. Answered all my questions . I gave only 4 stars because I haven't received my goods yet, It's only been a day or two. These guys took good care of me as a customer. I thank them.

Looking forward to recieving my purchase !

I highly recommend X8drums for anyone looking for drums, percussion instruments and accessories. Excellent products, customer service, and fast shipping. They do more than just sell items. They offer support and valuable information for their customers. It's a company run by drummers for drummers.

The company actually called me to inform me that the item I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded me to a better drum forthe same price. It was shipped in three days and on its way.

Drums arrive in pristine condition and the company's offerings are irresistible; This is the third drum I have ordered in as many months and I feel confident that there will be more acquisitions from this company, dependable and as solid as their drums.

Noah speaks clearly, demonstrates clearly, doesn't mess around or waste time. The lesson is wonderful. I'm finally getting it. Thank you!

This is my 3rd purchase from X8 drums and all 3 times I have found the best prices for the product I was looking for. I also have amazing ship times with my order shipping the same or next business day. Their customer support has also been very knowledgeable and helpful to me with any questions I had about their products and my orders. Would definitely recommend and have also let my fellow musicians in on this website!

I placed an order with X8 drums for a birthday gift for my son. A little while later a customer service representative both called and emailed me to let me know the item was backordered. While speaking with him He gave me many different options and also informed me that he had already done research and shopped around to try to find the same item at a different company for about the same price which I thought was incredible that he would do that. I decided to wait for the item I had originally purchased since the price was already great and I had already done some research. I will definitely shop with them again based on the customer service that I received in purchasing this item.

I'm a beginner and this video made everything clear!!! A must have lesson!

I placed my order and it was right on time. First I asked questions about the quality of what I was receiving and I'm satisfied. Thank You!

Needed help tracking down a floor tom. They contacted the company and called me right back. Also provided great advice on selection and worked on price. Very good experience. Would certainly deal with again.

I had many questions about various African drums and the web site was very helpful in providing much of the information I was looking for. I was able to move from item to item without locking down the site (which has happened to me on other web sites. Ordering was also very easy.

X8 drums is awesome! They called to let me know the Djembe rope I ordered was out and to make it right they upgraded me without adding the extra cost of the upgraded Djembe rope. Customer service like no other. Great job guys!
