Ordered 3 packs of destined rival pokemon for my daughter. A week goes by and I email them because they were not shipped yet. Okay, they're response was they got robbed of those 3 packs, and offered a different version, ascended heroes. So I say ok, things happen I thought. They get here 2 weeks later and obviously we're tampered with, was no code card that's supposed to be in the packs. Apparently people love these things soo much they will do anything to anyone. Buyer beware.

The Hobby Hub always has a great selection, is priced well, and the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable! We shop here for most all of our gaming supplies and trading cards and the experience is always fantastic. Highly recommend!!

Great packaging! Comic book arrived in outstanding shape! Fast shipping

I made a decent sized order with multiple items of different shapes and sizes that would have made packing difficult. I really appreciate the extra care they took on packing and shipping my items. Definitely will be shopping here again.

I got a drink and it was cold, exactly what I wanted.

I was there just for a pick up, but nice place with people's playing

they stocked items I was looking for at great price. The process was easy and convenient. No hassle, shipping was a breeze.
Looking forward to shopping with them again.

Shipped right away and everything was in prefect condition.

Started a comic subscription. They missed an issue and I do not know if I will ever get that issue. The said they could reorder but may come in as a second printing if they get it at all.

Always helpful and great customer service. They always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to help you in anyway possible

Bailey was amazing and very helpful as always!

These guys literally have the best online store period. Customer service is as good as it gets. Very timely shipping and always packed with care. Give them a shot you won't regret it!

Always great people and great service. They always make sure they try to get you exactly what you want. I always get excited when I'm going there to see what they have. Lol

You you allowed someone to use stolen credit card number

Everything was exactly as described and delivered promptly and well packaged!

USPS damaged my item severely. But the team at the hob hub took care of their mess. They responded with swift fashion and assured my order and issue will be resolved.

The items looked great but usps had to mess it up.

It takes a good company to keep their name clean and the job hub did just that. Will buy again.

Product came well protected and as described

Got my stuff pretty quickly and everything was packaged well. Everything was in pristine condition, will definitely shop here again.

Excellent communication and packaging. Not much more needed in this industry!
