3 Letter Xbox Tag Not Delivered

Purchased 3 Letter Xbox Tag Still Have Not Received Anything. I tried contacting Via Website, Creating a ticket on discord, email and WhatsApp but still no response. Delivery stated within 5-15 minutes Will give the benefit of the doubt that it might take time to get 3 letter Xbox Tag, as of writing this it has been 18hrs since the order. Friends of mine stated they received their details almost instantly. A response with updates from them would have been appreciated. Update, Received absolutely nothing from them, no response nothing. Had no choice but to chargeback now I’m banned. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Edit they have now banned me from there website regarding the bad review i also have a screenshot for the service advertised which they are saying i did not order but the option is clearly stated on there website hence why i added it to the notes section

Hello,

We would like to clarify the situation, as your review is misleading. Your order was placed approximately 10 hours before this complaint. At multiple stages — including the product description, checkout confirmation, and order receipt email — it is clearly stated that while the service is largely automated, delivery may take up to 24 hours depending on demand.

This timeframe is explicitly acknowledged before purchase is completed. Despite agreeing to this, you have raised a complaint well within the stated delivery window, implying a lack of service, which is not accurate.

Additionally, your order is for 2K Xbox followers, not friend requests. The note you included requesting “1K friend requests” was not part of the purchased service. While we occasionally provide goodwill extras at our discretion, they are not guaranteed or included simply because they are written in additional notes, and in this case no such addition applies.

When all terms are clearly communicated and accepted in advance, there is no further way to adjust the process to satisfy expectations that disregard those timelines. Due to the dispute risk this behavior presents, your access to X6RR services has been permanently restricted, and you are no longer permitted to place future orders on the platform. A confirmation email regarding this has already been sent.

Your current order will still be completed within the stated timeframe.

We would also like to address your recent edit. As already explained both here and in the email you received, your account restriction was not due to leaving a review, but due to the dispute risk created by your actions while the order was still within the clearly stated processing time. Suggesting otherwise is a misrepresentation of the situation.

We have already provided full clarification of the process, timelines, and what was actually purchased. Repeating unsupported claims does not change the documented facts of the transaction.
