This is my reply to your answer to me on Trust Pilot:-
Order Reference: 28020761 (JML28020761)
Order Status: Payment Received from Paypal
Payment Method: PayPal Express
Delivery Method: Royal Mail 48 Tracked
I have sent several emails to JML stressing that I did not use the rollers because I found the fault straight away and took a photo as evidence which I sent to them the day after receiving the rollers
It cost me £6.95 postage to return them, however, they sent them back to me by Royal Mail last week which I refused to accept.
Unbelievably they sent them back to me again, and today I advised Royal Mail that I refused to accept them, so once again they will be returned to the sender.
After supplying them with the details they asked for, I expect a refund plus postage as per their website.

Avoid! Or lose your money!
Sent wrong item which was returned with proof of postage. No refund and they ignore all emails.
There is a “justmylook unhappy customers” Facebook page…. Says it all!

My order was received quickly, very well packaged and the order was complete, have used this company before and have never had a problem, was worried when I read previous reviews. Will use then again.
