I WAS TOLD TO TRY AND DEAL WITH ROYAL MAIL MYSELF. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought straightners for friends birth day. She didnt like them. I asked to return them for refund. Because she tried them once they wouldnt refund me. They said hygene reasons but they dont touch the scalp so how can it be hygene related. I can understand if it was ear rings or underwear they touch the skin. How else are you going to know if there suitable or not if you cant try them. What a stupied rule. I have bought products of them a few times but will never again. Not good buisness.

I ordered 2 men’s perfume for a Christmas gift, when it arrived there was only one in the packaging. I contacted them straight away and provided the proof of only 1 item, however they didn’t want to know. Me and my husband spent over £500 pounds . They completely ignored me and ended up having to get my money back from my bank. I would not recommend at all as if a problem occurs there is no way to speak to anyone. Customer service non existence
Would not recommend this company. If I was able I given 0 stars.

The worst experience I've had with any company.
Took my money and didn't send a product (which is theft).
Said I had to chase the courier. However the Consumer rights act 2015 is very clear. The responsibility of the courier and chasing is on the seller until the customer has the item.

They argued and argued they didn't have to.
They said I put safe place on my order (I didn't answer don't have one).
I asked for them to send me a screenshot or photo of this and they couldn't.
So they stole from me and then lied about it.

Another order that I paid for next day delivery that hasn't arrived.
So sick of this company this always happens.
They are cheap and act cheap last order I'm making look fantastic are much better

I intended to place an order and hit purchase. Too late and without any previous mention, a delivery charge was added. I would have gone to another retailer if I had known I was being charged for delivery. I wanted to cancel my order but It is impossible to contact Just my look customer services, but I found an email for 'Pam' their CEO. I know she read my email because I received a 'read' return but, despite my original email and a follow up, no one replied. I received the delivery very quickly but this was unwanted. I will never ever buy from this company again and suggest you don't either

Bought Paco Robann perfume ...It smells of absolutely NOTHING!
NO point reviewing on their website...they only print favourable reviews!
May as well put the " perfume" in the bin.

Being a long standing loyal customer of JML, I assumed the non delivery of my parcel wouldn’t be problematical. I was wrong. My parcel wasn’t delivered. The “evidence” photo had no parcel in it. None of my neighbours had the parcel. Yet JML were citing I had a safe place designated so that recused them from any responsibility. I don’t! I sent them rhr delivery photo. They clearly are not abreast of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 whereby the retailer is responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession. Just refund my order. This is a masterclass in the abject absence of customer centricity.

Bought Remington head shaver it has no power in it and struggles to cut hair even after charging for 2 days,returned item and was told everything is working to manufacturer conditions,would love to know how they tested shaver as it wasn't cutting anyone's hair,item will be going in bin when returned,STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,THEY ARE CHARLATANS,DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM,I wish I had checked them out on this site before buying.

Web site says same day dispatch by 6pm & RM tracked 48 delivery. Three days since my purchase (which I have now requested to cancel) & order not even FULFILLED YET so be minimum 3/4 days before it could be delivered. Encountered similar problem with first purchse but made allowances as it was December 2025.
Absolutely NO EXCUSE in JUNE - will NEVER USE AGAIN
Low & behold when you contact them to cancel order they tell you its already shipped. Yet the website still says UNFULFILLED - LIAR'S
Surprise surprise, complain long enough & hard enough & an actual human will reply to you. Despite being told order was complete & posted YESTERDAY amazingly today 4/6/26 its is still unfulfilled as per JML website & SHOP app & order has been cancelled & refunded - yet to see the money. Complete & utter waste of everyones time & could have been resolved after first request & not 2 days later!! AI my ( Y )
The gift I bought to be given today & since been bought from a reputable retailer & wrapped & given for the actual day & not as a belated present :o(

After month of waiting to hear about my fake perfume, I have officially given up !
Please do not buy from this company, they are disgusting to deal with and no customer service at all.

I have now wasted £50 on perfume that is brown and smells off, contacted them about and said no refund as I had opened it ! So, if you have no xray specs, avoid at all costs !!!

They basically accused me of lying.
I'd shopped with Justmylook for a while and never had any problems however on my last order, only 2 out of 3 items arrived yet I'd paid for all 3. I raised this with Customer Services who (after several back and forth emails) told me that according to their systems, all 3 items had been dispatched therefore they weren't going to issue a replacement item or give me a refund. Im now down twenty something pounds because of these clowns.
Ill never shop with them again due to the principle. Scammers

My husband bought me some perfume for Mothers day from the justmylook site. It was 'dot' by Marc Jacobs which is one of my favourites so i know the smell etc of this perfume. When it arrived it didn't smell the same and it seemed like it had been watered down and in my opinion not genuine. When I got in touch with Customer Services they couldn't offer me a refund as the perfume had been opened, how ridiculous!! I was so disappointed and will not be buying from this site again. AVOID!!!

Placed an online order of which the package was placed unattended on my driveway. Apparently this was my authorised safe space… it was not.
The package had a large roll of bubble wrap inside and that was all.

I raised this with customer service and was informed they don’t send out empty parcels…
Well that is indeed how it arrived, but apparently as it was a safe space to be left unattended then they will not resend or refund the order.
But I am expected to pay for the empty package.
Avoid this company.

Wrong delivery address used.error spotted immediately ( within minutes)and seller contacted. Undertook to remedy the situation but after several emails from pretty incompetent staff the item was still despatched to the wrong address

Not sure if genuine product ? Or could be old stock that cannot sell. Had a few issues with products not fit for purpose

I previously ordered with JML and item was tracked arrived but nothing was there, started a dispute which they never resolved after 3 months got my bank involved and got my money back. After 6months just bought another item and they emailed me saying the cancelled my order, THEY HAVE BANNED ME FROM SHOPPING THERE! Eww, I hope they go bust - NEVER AGAIN

Theft practices, no refund despite the fact that the parcel was not received, I do not recommend, they are very incompetent and ignorant when it comes to customer service. After being informed by Customer Service that it would not be possible to receive the delivery before Christmas, I informed them that I like immediately cancel the order, which in fact had not even left the warehouse and had not been prepared yet, so there would be no problem. However, they are clearly trying to force me to buy goods that I no longer need at the moment. J27798031
