I have been waiting for a zero lien resolution for 6 months they are holding 16,000 dollars of my money I feel this is a scam this should not take this long

My experience with ZipLiens has been extremely frustrating. Money that belongs to claimants can remain withheld for long periods while ZipLiens says it is conducting lien investigations and waiting for clearances. Meanwhile, the people who are actually entitled to that money receive little information, no firm completion date, and no meaningful explanation for the delays.
I believe every claimant deserves a detailed written accounting showing exactly why their money is being held, what liens are being investigated, when each inquiry was submitted, what responses have been received, and who controls the funds. Claimants should also be told whether the withheld money earns interest or provides any financial benefit to ZipLiens, the attorneys, or anyone else—and, if so, who receives that benefit.
Holding someone’s settlement money without clear answers or reasonable deadlines is unacceptable. ZipLiens and the attorneys involved should operate with complete transparency and promptly release any money that is not legally required to be withheld.
I encourage other affected claimants to preserve their emails, payment statements, lien-clearance letters, and records of every delay. Anyone who believes this is happening on a larger scale should consider speaking with an independent class-action attorney or the appropriate regulators to determine whether claimants’ rights have been violated. We deserve transparency, accountability, and timely access to our own money.

Definitely in bed with mass tort attorneys.6 months and counting to conduct a lien check that I wasn't told was going to happen and when I complained was told 90 days tops.thieves and corrupt liars.

I've been waiting way too long for this company to complete their deductions from my lawsuit. My claim has on going for the past couple years. The Lawyers in my lawsuit has been through several of these companies. Zipliens is the worse. Very hard to get any real answers. Someone is making money and it's not me.

Definitely in cahoots with the attorneys, the longer they take the more interest the attorneys collect in interest acrued on their clients money. Completely incapable of timely completion of simple process, I personally accomplished in 1 day what they have failed to do in 6 weeks,so far. Seriously incompetent. The only positive reviews are from the attorneys profiting from their ineptitude.

Too slow and inefficient. Don't use this company. Unfortunately large law firms use this company and their clients' payouts are delayed because this company is inefficient and unreliable.
