Bengali saregamapa program is a very good one normally. We've been watching it regularly from London. The program on 24th May2026 is a very disappointing one,as Nazrul Jayanti was not celebrated properly. Only one recitation and one group song. Why the whole program was not dedicated on him? Very disappointing for Nazrul lovers. As the Nazrul songs treasure is huge ,we were expecting a treat. But no ,it was n't. The organisers should take this into consideration next time. All these indian OTT need to learn, like literally learn from Netflix. I don't really don't know why we should pay them, they should be paying us to watch. Subpar interface, suffocating ads and to top you can't even upgrade to add-free plans

This platform is really bad

I’m writing this an hour after subscribing. If given an option, I would have rated zero for this platform. They have some good content but to watch them on Zee5 is so frustrating. Watching experience is not bad, it’s worst. It buffers every minute, audio quality is bad, video quality is bad, search result page is bad. I’m gonna end the subscription and never coming back. Please improve the platform @Zee5.🙏

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I cancelled my subscription in November 2025, but I am still being charged every month. Customer support has not properly resolved the issue, and even the support links are not working. On top of that, I keep getting server errors while trying to sign in.

This has been frustrating and time-consuming. Please improve your customer service and billing system because customers should not continue getting charged after cancellation.

Content stuck when you "resume watching"

The content get stuck when you "resume watching" it shows advertisement then it keeps buffering. Interestingly it happens only to Malayalam or south indian content, because I switch between hindi and malayalam. Hindi content runs smooth.
I complaint, but customer care needs video within 20mb size which is not possible the error comes after advertisement which goes 30 to 40 secs and video size is 60mb minimum.

Worse provider ever

Worse provider ever. They hardly have any new releases or additions. Same old stuff. Most movies freeze while watching and some have such bad picture and sound quality. And they automatically subscribe you even when you don't have automatically renewal selected. They never cancel your subscription when you select it. Just a really frustrating app for members to use. When you message them, they reply back repeating themselves that we subscribed. Total liars. Real scammers. Don't support or subscribe to them. Amazon Prime and Netflix are way better and they care about their customers.

Very Poor Customer Support – Subscription Not Recognized (UAE)

I had a very frustrating experience with ZEE5 while using their service in the United Arab Emirates.
I subscribed last month through Apple Pay, and the payment was successfully completed. However, when I tried to access the service later, it asked me to subscribe again as if I had never paid.
When I contacted customer support, they insisted on an order ID. I already had the invoice as proof of payment, but they refused to accept it. Instead, they asked me to contact Apple and request a different invoice that includes the order ID, which is not a simple or reasonable expectation for a customer.
I even offered to verify my identity using my UAE ID and provided my phone number, but none of that was accepted. The support team was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue despite clear proof of payment.
After wasting a lot of time, I eventually gave up. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
If you are in the UAE, I would strongly advise being cautious before subscribing. Based on my experience, customer support is unreliable, and resolving billing issues can be very difficult.

I am very disappointed with ZEE5.

In Pavitra Rishta episodes 1153–1424, the audio has been changed from stereo to mono. This is a clear downgrade in quality and significantly affects the viewing experience.

Earlier episodes had proper stereo sound, so this inconsistency is very noticeable and frustrating.

This issue has been reported multiple times, but it has not been fixed for a long time. There has also been no clear explanation from the platform.

As a paying user, I expect consistent audio quality and proper maintenance of content.

Please restore the original stereo audio or provide a clear explanation.

Very disappointing experience.

Worst the charges r too high and also they dont release immediately dubbing version in telugu
Like tamil and malyalam movies dubbing version in telugu they take long time to release so that they can mint money
Why zee5 dont make all south movies n series one pack
Zee5 purposely delay dubbing version so that customers can keep subscribing
I wish I had zero rating

Please Improve Family-Friendly Ad Experience

While watching movies on this platform with family, including children above 7 years, we often see unnecessary intimate and condom ads. This is uncomfortable and inappropriate for family viewing.
Please avoid showing such ads and focus more on clean, family-friendly content. It will improve the user experience.

Zee5 customer support is the worst in…

Zee5 customer support is the worst in the industry. They cut off my subscription and inspite of me sending them all the proof on the validity they are not doing anything. I paid for premium subscription. It's been a struggle and there is no customer service where you can talk to a live person.

Following my earlier review I got a response the next day about my review from zee global and asked me to resubmit all the documents. I did send them but no response as yet.
I am still standing on my ground that this company has the worst customer service. I wonder how many customers have lost their money this way. It clearly looks that they don't care. I'll leave at this for now and will update again if there is a "response" or "not"

On ,23rd February Zeetv contacted me through email asking me to send all the documents. I sent it again and mentioned that these documents have been sent several times and this will be the last time I'll be sending.
Next day 24th February '26 I got an email and they asked to log in to Zeetv account and it worked. I'm happy 😁
