Your IT Delivered Omdömen

Very easy to order. The price was very competitive and delivery was very quick

Very good. Both in communication and delivery.

Both the staff I spoke to on the phone were most helpful.
The expertise was evident, and they helped me problem solve a tech and equipment problem I had been struggling with for ages. Fortunately they had just the right cable for the job too.
It arrived in the post the next day, even whilst there are postal strikes currently!

3 weeks without parcel or contact. I called and it appeared no one was sure about the order... I asked for a partial refund. No one acknowledged this and then the item appeared...

Very helpful prompt delivery of remote control

Renewal was easy, I did nothing and was notified of the steps being taken to renew the programme. Couldn't be easier.

Delivery was fast and goods are well po acked

Lowest cost around and fast delivery. Perfect. Thanks!

Quick delivery. Did the job. No screws or bolts provided, but I happened to have some that fitted. Sorted and fitted within 10 minutes. Maybe a touch expensive, but worth it for a quality TV.

If I could rate higher I would
No hassles, straight to the point and super quick delivery
Will be recommending to everyone !

Great service. Good price and efficient delivery. Thank you

My item which was an A4 Foolscap Lever Arch File came in a cardboard Ebay box, however when I opened it there was nothing covering the file to protect it from any damage that could have been caused to the box so I think you need to consider this.

Excellent service from YourITDelivered. The part arrived in a matter of days and was fairly priced.

Called the company, found what I needed immediately and ordered with no issues. Slight delay in delivery as product was coming straight from manufacturer but Your IT Delivered chased them up and gave me constant updates

I needed an adapter to connect my new laptop to an old display monitor. Spencer was very helpful in sorting it out. The first item I ordered didn't do the job so he ordered another one in case the previous item was faulty and additionally a different item in case the problem was a compatibility one. He sent the items with a return label so I could return any of the items that wasn't working. Such a thoughtful service! I'll definitely be using them again.

Very helpful company, finding immediately the replacement earbuds that I required for my Sony Swimming Walkman.
Excellent Customer Service, thank you x

I was looking for an old battery, sent them an email which was promptly answered. I was sent a link to the purchase and the delivery was within the deadline given.

They are very good, I had bought from them a PS4 CD & it arrived on time shortly after ordering. Afterwards, I wanted to return it as I was also returning the PS4 device to the other online store where I bought it from & won’t be needing the unused CD anymore. IT delivered quickly accepted the return request for full refund & when shipping the parcels for return, their happened a mix up & they received the ps4 device instead of the CD, I messaged them (Spencer) who was very helpful & very understanding & reassuring, he took from his time & looked into it & confirmed receiving my PS device in their warehouse & actually shipped it on my behalf to the correct address! This was very kind & faith restoring in humanity actually after I have given up that the ps device must have gotten lost. I’m very thankful for them, they are very good & I would highly recommend dealing with them.

I called to buy something but it was no longer in stock. Company took my details and contacted me as soon as they had more in. Genuinely seemed to remember me and cared about my order.
