Your IT Delivered Omdömen

Had to phone up to chase fulfillment of order after 1 week with no updates but they got back to me same day and the goods arrived the following day.
But resent links didn't work?

Quick response to order.

i was struggling to find a part to repair my washing machine ... I called IT delivered who could not only get the part but could deliver it much quicker than others and at a better price ..... Spencer and Toni great to deal with on the phone ... would recommend without hesitation

Simple to order, item found quickly. Arrived before expected date, well boxed. Most satisfied.

Very easy access and delivery was available in time. I smile again! A big thank you!

Spencer was very helpful and did everything to help. Thank you!

I ordered a genuine replacement battery for my mobile. The product is great, and a genuine battery. The only reason for the missing star is the fact it took a month to arrive, and calls to them are at a charged number rather than a normal landline rate.

The telephone conversation with the IT expert was professional and informative as well as being realistic about delivery dates which turned out to be correct. All in all a positive experience.

The items were reasonably priced and of expected quality but the postage cost were exorbitant for a tiny envelope. I would have expected the postage to be free & not amount to a third of the purchase.

Very helpful company, answered all my novice questions and now my tv works again!

Highly recommend

Thanks

Order some Gelid thermal pads. They arrive in good time and were well packaged. Nothing to complain about really. higher recommended

Thank you! Product arrived before it was expected in perfect condition. I wouldn’t ask for more! Pru Ashbee

Tried to find an exotic item for a Canon Lens. With help from Your IT Delivered they confirmed a price (less than expected as others had indicated at least twice that was asked for). Also delivery time was important - spoke to sales staff and a maximum date was given for the delivery, this was met with ease coming at least 2 weeks early - excellent to work with.

Delivery service was spot on. Arrived in quick time, products in perfect condition. I dropped a star for not receiving a reply to a question I was hoping would be addressed.

Excellent service from Spencer, explained I’d have to wait for the order to be fulfilled so I didn’t worry He’s also sourcing screws for the tv stand and checked the model of tv first. A good representative for your company

I can throughly recommend Your IT Delivered. I needed to order an unusual size of privacy screens for monitors. There is a telephone number you can call and you actually get to speak to someone. The customer service I received was excellent from answering all the questions I had to advice before buying to the speedy overnight delivery. The delivery arrived safely as was as described. One happy customer.
