My experience with this dealership has been very disappointing.

The sales process was straightforward, but the after-sales support has been poor. I purchased a warranty along with a service and MOT package, expecting that any issues would be dealt with professionally.

Unfortunately, when problems arose with the vehicle, it became very difficult to get assistance. My calls often went unanswered, repairs were not handled as I expected, and arranging the service I had paid for was frustrating.

Based on my personal experience, I would recommend that anyone considering buying from this dealership asks detailed questions about the warranty, servicing and after-sales support before making a decision.

I hope the company improves its customer service because buying a car is only the beginning of the customer relationship.

I recently purchased a car from the Birmingham branch. I had car in mind, was given the keys and left to check it over without any pressure selling. A friendly bunch who were able to answer all my questions. I’m happy with my purchase. I would recommend

You can just tell as soon as you walk in there your going to get ripped of somehow only had the car 2 weeks and discovered a huge hole in the exhaust which they clearly tried to cover up my mechanic said no wonder they didn't want me to take it for a test drive to be honest if thats all that ends up being wrong with it which i doubt it will be then ive got of lightly I cant even be bothered to go back to get them to fix it and end up with me back in prison I'll just take it on the chin and get it fixed myslef least I'll know its fixed properly biggest bunch of jokers going so if your reading these reviews find a car somewhere else.

Great service and they made me feel at ease and comfortable during my purchase.

Went to look at a car, nissan qashqai, at the coventry branch.
Was promised that it would have a new MOT, service, new tyre and full inside/outside valet.
On the day of collection, was not contacted to collect. Had to ring to find out if it was ready.
When we arrived, non of the work had been carried out bar the service (that is done in house).
We also found out the brakes were on the limit.
Was told by the manager that we should get nearly a month out of the tyre and breaks if we didn't do motorway miles.
12k for a car that wouldn't even last a month before essential work needed carrying out.
The sales assistant very quickly became rude and defensive. Even staying 'looks like this is a fight'.
I was completely appalled by the behaviour.
The on site manager stated we shouldn't have been promised all of the above as they wouldn't do it.
I had driven over with my young child and new born.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled so no one else gets conned into buying a dangerous car.

Please avoid!

Coventry store

Well what can I say all looked good at first, but then the day of picking up our new family car with a new born and a 3 year old was all not as discussed/promised.

We was promised that work would be undertaken as part of the deal, BUT NO arrived to collect new car and the work as promised was not carried out.

And then started getting heated. If you promise then deliver, don't wait for customers to arrive to collect a car from you and then get your back up because you over promised.

FULLY AVIOD AVIOD lies and poor quality cars.

This is a total rip off of the car supermarket brand. How they’ve got away with it is beyond me. It’s not a supermarket, it’s a dark dingy commercial warehouse.
Looked at one car, noticed it was missing the parcel shelf. Once pointed out, as they didn’t even know, nothing offered, not even maybe trying to source one, that was it for us. Finding absolutely scathing reports on Facebook about potentially dubious practices about this place just proves the uneasy feelings were right.
Very glad we walked away.
