Yes Granite Omdömen

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen worktops from Yes Granite. From our first visit to the showroom, the team were friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

A special mention goes to Marcus, who fitted the worktops. His workmanship was excellent, and he took great care to ensure everything was installed perfectly. We were especially impressed by his attention to detail and professionalism.

We are extremely pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Yes Granite to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.

From quotation to templating to actual final fitting the service was first class. Easy no hassle quotation at the showroom followed by a template visit from Jonny who showed his experience with a very professional and thorough process covering our utility room and kithen. The fitting day was equally as professional with the whole job completed to a very high standard by Jonny again with the site left clean and tidy. Jonny even sent me a video of the completed works as I was away on business. Highly recommend.

its the service .Mark was very polite and listened abt the requirements and fixed the fixtures meticulously

Fantastic service from start to finish. From visiting the warehouse in Welford where I could view all the different options, and visiting three times while I changed my mind, everyone was so helpful and provided lots of advice. Mark was brilliant when he came to template, he had a couple of samples in the van, which really helped me to confirm I had made the right decision (we chose New Delhi) and when he came back to fit, he was incredibly professional and friendly. Have already recommended them to a friend and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

From going to the showroom, and having the expert Kay to help us make a decision, to the template and fitting, was an absolute breeze, with the support and fitting next to none. I would 100% recommend Yes Granite to anyone looking for new counter tops. Absolute beautiful job and I so love my new tops, they look fantastic.

From meeting Kay at Peterborough to Steve fitting the worktops and breakfast bar all went really well. The showroom at Peterborough will surprise you! Very professional service. Very pleased.
Already telling others to go and see them.

Professional service and in-depth knowledge from Paul and Kay in deciding on the correct stone from an extensive collection of slabs in Yes Granite's grand showroom in Peterborough. The process was easy from start to finish for our kitchen worktops with expert fitting of the tops by Jommy.

My husband and I would like to thank Paul initially for the chat and advice he gave us when considering having quartz fitted in our kitchen. We would also like to thank Mark and Tom who fitted the quartz worktops for their workmanship and ability to do the job professionally and keeping to the said timeframe. The finished job was stunning and we are so happy we decided to have the work done. Thank you again and I would not hesitate in recommending ‘Yes Granite’ to family and friends.

From the moment we walked into the Peterborough showroom to the day our worktops were fitted we had a 5 star service. The price was great, the communications were clear and timely and the fitting service by Steve was amazing. We delayed our fitting repeatedly sadly due to building issues and they dealt with all our issues and order changes with no problem at all and the final result, a mix of granite and quartz looks fantastic

I had the pleasure of doing business with Kay and her installation team, led by Mark (INV-9719).
They had a wide selection to choose from us, and Kay supported us throughout the journey with useful suggestions and was overall very helpful. The price quoted for me, in my opinion, was very competitive.
Mark did a splendid job and accommodated my request to fit my schedule. Although he clearly stated at the outset that he would not be doing the caulking around the edges, I feel it would have "finished" off the job nicely!
Definitely a happy customer.

Great product and first class service provided by Yes Granite. From our initial visit to the showroom to having our kitchen worktops replaced everything went smoothly and we are extremely pleased with the installation. Would recommend and use Yes Granite again.

Yes Granite were punctual, courteous and professional at all times starting from when we were selecting the quartz worktop, right through to the templating and final fitting. Paul Simmonds spent time with us and explained the pros and cons of what was available. The installers - Mark and Tom, completed the templating professionally and efficiently and delivered/fitted the worktops a week later. The kitchen has been transformed - it looks simply beautiful. Definitely be recommending them to others.

Yes Granite in Peterborough were excellent from start to finish. They supplied and fitted our quartz worktop in our new kitchen. They had an amazing range to choose from and were extremely helpful. It was a pleasure to have Steve template and fit the worktop. Very pleased with the result. Invoice 9574.

We found Yes Granite through a recommendation from a friend and the did not disappoint.
Kay in the showroom was friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations and colouring matches.
It was really impressive and helpful to see large sheets rather than tiny samples you mostly get in other suppliers. Their costs were super competitive and helped us save a lot of money compared to the quote from the kitchen supplier.
Marcus who fitted our worktops was also friendly and extremely knowledgeable. His work is extremely neat and he was efficient with his time. Marcus was also able to talk to us about products to use and not to use as well as how to get rid of a mark from a belt or similar.
We will be recommending Yes Granite 100%

The service was exceptional and we felt confident every step of the way with the people that helped us get our project done with pride and perfection. Thank you to Paul, Katie, second Paul, John and all the hands behind the scenes for making us feel more than just a customer. Paul was incredibly patient, John's attention to detail and advising us and communication gave us the reassurance we desperately craved after a bad experience with a rogue trader. We so appreciate everything including the wonderful unusual granite we opted for which is just breathtaking fabulous. Our friend has just purchased too from having seen and heard about our experience. Will not hesitate to purchase or recommend in the future. In this day and age of so many negatives, it's been a sincere joy to do business. With warmest regards from your 'Pigeon couple job' ;-)
