Exceeded My Expectations – Highly Recommended!
This was my first time shopping at Xhunter. Honestly, I was hesitant at first because I had seen quite a few negative reviews. Eventually, I decided to order a mount for my scope — a model I couldn’t find anywhere else, and Xhunter was the only store that had it in stock and could ship to my place in QLD with very reasonable postage.
To my surprise, the whole transaction was excellent! I received SMS updates at every stage, the packaging was very secure, and the delivery only took a few days from placing the order to receiving it.
I don’t understand why there are so many malicious negative reviews. After reading through them carefully, it seems most are from people who accidentally bought a preorder item, didn’t realise it, and then blamed the store unfairly.
As for me, I’ll definitely shop here again — and I’ll be recommending Xhunter to my friends as well!

Dont listen to the peanuts
I have a feeling the majority of negative reviews here were written by peanuts who can't read. I have placed several orders through these guys and will be placing another one shortly.
I have always found them easy to deal with, when items are in stock (for all the peanuts our there; in stock meaning the store physically has the item, not, "in stock with supplier") the delivery times have been excellent.
I am interstate and will go with XHunter over my local store as their range is limited and XH is usually a little cheaper. Never had a problem with XHunter, if you can read, and understand the basics of logistics I would recommend.

Product are mostly high end quality, prices are competitive but lost a star for long waits in delivery. This day and age 2 weeks plus for delivery is not an acceptable.

Great store – never had a problem in 4 years!
Not sure why some people say their service is bad — I’ve placed 12 orders with XHunter over the past 4 years and never had any issues with prices or service.
Sometimes they split the order into two packages, but everything still arrives.
Back then, they only replied via email, and yeah, responses could be a bit slow.
But now they’ve improved a lot — having WhatsApp support makes things way easier and faster.

Don't waste your time or money.......
I wouldn't attempt to buy from this company again!
I ordered a few things from the website and after a couple of weeks, I wondered where my order was.
I whatsapped and emailed them to find out and got two different answers.
One answer said that the items had been send and would be here any day, the other stating that there had been a technical issue and would be posted next day.
I waited a couple of days and there was no progress. I ended up going through the payment company and getting a refund.
