Following an online request Paul Nelson called me for chat to establish what we were looking for and what would work best for our business. Paul was so helpful and provided loads of information about cost savings along with a comprehensive quotation

Paul is certainly an excellent sales person and someone who will get you a great deal on equipment. Even when there was some issues, where as some sales people will disappear, Paul made sure that everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Javed is excellent when liaising with us on any matters relating to our photocopier. Customer service is first rate and extremely efficient. Steven assisted brilliantly over the telephone when diagnosing some scanning issue we faced. Even the two engineers that came out to us on site were friendly, cheerful and attentive when fixing problems with the machine. I cannot recommend this company enough to people.

Been working with Paul Nelson to update our copiers .Very impressed with him and his support team. Plenty of choice and advice from Paul on the copiers that would work best for us. The ones we chose seem to fit the bill perfectly and very competitively priced.
