I am shocked, what a scam
I am shocked. I placed an order a week ago. It wasnt shipped. When I messaged them via Instagram that I would like to cancel the order and asked for a refund, they blocked me. What an absolute scam and waste over more than 80 euro's.
Please me careful people. It is so shocking that they would use peoples sympathie with Palestine to scam them.

We want to clarify what happened on Instagram: our business account itself was suspended for approximately three weeks. During that period we could not access the account, respond to messages or post updates there. We did not block you. We understand why the account becoming unavailable could have looked that way, especially when you were already waiting for an answer.
Your item was subsequently dispatched. However, we have not been able to confidently match the name on this review to a specific Shopify order, so we do not want to assume a tracking record or claim that delivery has been confirmed. Please email service@wtrmelon.co with your order number so we can check the shipment and address any outstanding cancellation or refund request with you directly. Please keep your order details private rather than posting them here.
We also experienced repeated customs checks affecting shipments during that period. This is background to the delays we faced, but we need your order reference to establish what affected your particular parcel. Neither the shipping difficulties nor the Instagram suspension excuse leaving you without clear information. We are sorry for the uncertainty this caused and want to resolve any remaining issue properly.

I placed an order almost a week ago
I placed an order almost a week ago, giving enough time to receive my tee before the weekend as I ordered it for a specific reason.
After 2 days I realised I did not receive tracking information or updates so I reached out to the company via instagram DM & email, someone responded and assured me I would receive my tee by the weekend, on Thursday I reached out again as I still did not receive tracking information and I was assured once again it would be sent out.
Now it is Saturday, the day I needed this tee for and I have not received my delivery and still no tracking, I just want to express how much of a disappointment this is, and what you guys claim to stand for is absolutely tarnished, using Gaza to profit off of people that are willing to support your cause, but not meeting order expectations is very POOR of you.
I can see a few people have experienced very similar things to me from what I can see on here, I will be contacting my bank and reporting you guys for this.

You contacted us more than once and received assurances about the weekend, yet still had neither the item nor clear tracking information when you needed it. We understand why that was so disappointing. We should not have repeated a delivery assurance without reliable information to support it.
Your case has since been addressed, but that does not undo the missed occasion or the time you spent chasing us. If anything remains unresolved from your perspective, please email service@wtrmelon.co so we can review it with you directly.
For context, we experienced repeated customs inspections affecting our shipments, including issues involving our Just Do It design and the Palestine map in our logo. Some batches were held for weeks or were not released, leading to replacement shipments, sometimes more than once. We worked with the relevant authorities at the beginning of October to address these shipping problems.
Those difficulties do not excuse the lack of clear updates or the promises you received. We should have explained what we knew, what was still uncertain and what options were available to you.
If you feel the subsequent resolution has changed your overall experience, we would appreciate an update to your review, entirely at your discretion. Your honest feedback about the original delay and missed deadline remains valid.

Votre dossier a depuis été pris en charge et réglé. Nous savons toutefois que cela ne fait pas disparaître l’expérience initiale. Si vous estimez qu’un point reste ouvert, qu’il s’agisse des t-shirts ou du sweat, merci de nous écrire à service@wtrmelon.co afin que nous puissions le vérifier avec vous.
Pour expliquer le contexte des difficultés de livraison, nos expéditions ont subi des contrôles douaniers répétés, notamment autour du design Just Do It et de la carte de la Palestine dans notre logo. Certains lots ont été retenus pendant plusieurs semaines ou n’ont pas été libérés, ce qui a nécessité des réexpéditions, parfois plusieurs fois. Nous avons travaillé avec les autorités concernées au début du mois d’octobre pour résoudre ces problèmes d’expédition.
Ce contexte ne justifie ni une attente aussi longue, ni le défaut de flocage signalé. Nous aurions dû vous donner un suivi plus clair et traiter séparément le problème de qualité.
