The other day, I accidentally put the wrong fuel in my car. I called the office, and within 50 minutes, an engineer was dispatched. Lukas arrived, reassured me, and calmly explained the entire process. His expertise and professionalism were outstanding, and in just 30 minutes, my car was back on the road. Huge thanks to Pedro for his help I highly recommend their service.

This is a terrible company. Quote you a price telling you it's all included. Then when the technician arrives he tries to sell you a fuel additive at £50:00. This is basic upper cylinder lubricant you can buy 5 litres for for less than £40:00.
Add to that they pay the petrol station a commission of up to £100 just for giving you the phone number and then pass that cost on to you the customer.
Just avoid. If the AA/RAC won't help. Go buy a bit of 10mm clear pipe and syphon it out yourself. Don't listen to the rubbish about the damage to your engine. Call any mechanic and he will tell you it's harmless unless you drive any great distance. Also if you have put less than 10 litres in. Just fill your car up with normal fuel and you will be fine.

Wrong fuel doctor quickly and efficiently fixed my problem - wasn’t paying attention at the pump, head was somewhere else as I poured £50 of unleaded into the diesel van I’ve owned for 6 years. Won’t lie it’s an expensive fix but I learned a hard lesson tonight!

I appreciate in my total panic of putting the wrong fuel in my car that I didn’t stop and think properly about the next step. Google search for fuel fixer and I clicked on the first company at the top of the list - Fuel Doctor This was a massive mistake. Then in my panic, I was rushed into agreeing to the decision that it needed sorting asap, being told the fuel sitting in the car was causing a lot of damage, they are only trying to help me fix things etc. I was rushed into paying a £75 deposit for the engineer to be sent as it needed fixing as quick as possible. Then the text of the cost £439 plus VAT PLUS FUEL. I then received a call that the engineer would be delayed as he had a nail in his tyre. I called back to cancel - the sales started again and suddenly the engineer didn’t have a nail in his tyre and was on his way. This is a total disgrace and they abused their position. I called to cancel - sadly did not get the support needed. They were stressing I didn’t know what damage I had done, it needed to be fixed asap. Their sales pitch took advantage of my vulnerability and pushed me into making very quick decisions. The sales person could not tell me if I can get a refund of the deposit when I wanted to cancel. Call back tomorrow was advised - this will ensure I’m out of the terms and conditions timings to get a refund. They did offer to reduce the cost, still not an acceptable cost, but why quote so much in the first place if you can do it cheaper. A total disgrace and I will advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Mario saved the day! When the other half forgets which car he is in and fulls up with petrol... Mario comes to the rescue. Arrived in the 30 mins we was told and was the happiest, cheerful guy ever.. made my partner feel better about being so stupid... ;) what a guy

Initially panic set in putting petrol in diesel car manage to get hold of fuel doctor. Who sorted out pretty quikly considering it was rush hour.
Took just over an hour for someone to arrive but great service once Mario turned up assuring me everything would be fine luckily i hadnt started the car within 30mins got me up and running car reset.

Was extremely grateful to Mario for getting me out of a tight spot after using wrong fuel in my diesel car. I was 45 minutes from home and had driven my car after leaving the garage so was not hopeful car would be okay.

Mario arrived exactly at the time I was quoted (which was 15 mins). He quickly and clearly explained my options and put me at ease. He was able to drain the fuel and put enough diesel in my car to get to garage safely.

I was absolutely astounded by the efficiency of this service and the cost was more than reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone.

Hi Had Mario round on the 6th July was told he would attend 40 mins after phone call discussion he was bang on time very impressed he proceeded to give me information about the fuel system and different options after the work was carried out everything was spot on with the car job done very efficient can’t fault Mario top man would highly recommend this company

I was feeling very lost because I just filled up with petrol in my diesel car and someone gave me this number and within one hour a lovely lad called Mario put me at ease and at the cost of £165 emptied my car of petrol and I could put diesel in . It would of cost me £250 in the AA with over one and half hours to wait

I had to call out Wrongfuel-Doctor (petrol into a diesel). Frank turned up and he was amazing. Totally reassured me everything would be ok, and it was. No judgement of my silly Mistake, lovely bloke and the job done in 30 mins start to finish. Brilliant service.

Very rude driver and inefficient service. I had my son with a fever in the car, and I was stuck in a petrol station with the wrong fuel. When I called them, they said their driver would be there in half an hour, but the driver came after 1.5 hours; the first thing he said was, "Your wrong fuel is your fault, not mine." He wasted another 0.5 hours because of using inefficient equipment.
They charge you in advance and promise to provide service in 0.5 hours, but once the payment is in place, they do not care anymore. Not recommended at all.

After 8 years of owning a diesel car, I filled up with petrol, drove about half a mile before I could turn into a side road, I thought this was going to cost me hundreds of £££s, after be towed home, the recovery driver gave me the wrong fuel Dr's no. They came to my house on a Sunday morning car was up and running within 40 minutes, can't thank them enough, highly recommend.

Wow, never thought it would happen to me but on 3/3/2024 I filled my diesel Imax with High octane unleaded (dark blue pump handle). The register guy at the apco servo had no hesitation recommending the 'Wrong fuel Doctor"so I rang and spoke to Mitch who was so helpfull and available. Mitch had my car drained, refuelled and back on the road within 1.5 hrs which I thought was amazing as he had to drive from Werribee to geelong to my location. I cant say enough about Mitch's can do friendly attitude. So if you want to tell someone who cares :Ring Mitch !!

Got my car going in no time
