Mario came around to sort out our miss fueled up car.
I was at work but explained everything what he was going to do and what needed to be done to the wife. She said he was really informative told her every different step that needed to be done. Plus explained that we might get a bit of smoke for the next couple of days due to the engine cleaner used. She said to him it was nice to meet you but hope we don't see you again 😊 but you never know. Everyone makes a mistake we're only human.

I had a man called lukas come out to me after putting the wrong fuel in. He came within a timely manor, tried to make me stop feeling guilty. Was kind, polite and made sure I knew what I was doing before he left

Chap arrived within time frame having rung a few mins earlier to let us know he was almost there. Was super friendly and helpful, great service and very efficient. He drained the tank and then completely refilled it for me. Fabulous. Hopefully we won’t need him again - but never say never, so if and when we do I will definitely use these people again.

Lucas came out just before the agreed time. Called a few minutes before arrival to confirm that he almost with us. Happy smiley guy who explained everything he was going to do and reassured me.

Mario turned up within the time I was told, very pleasant and reassuring guy, explained the process and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Reasonable price, I would definitely use again ( hopefully I don’t make this mistake again )

My husband put some diesel in his classic car, and although he diluted it with petrol, it was not running well. Rang the wrong fuel doctor. They were great. Lucas came out same day, was absolutely brilliant, very professional and drained the contaminated fuel, and then gave advice of how to complete the process. No payment taken up front, and a lot cheaper than the RAC. I cannot praise this company enough, they saved the day and Lucas was amazing. Would definitely recommend 😊

Terrible company. Petrol station attendant told me his getting paid 80 quid to give me the number. Guy arrived late. Was clueless. Damaged my vehicle. Go elsewhere.
