Good service and quality

Class photos now at a ridiculous size that don't fit any frames. Ordering process is very unclear as to which photo you're buying. Aggressive marketing to force you to buy. Very expensive!

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the school photos. I ordered a larger 7x5" group print and paid £12.99, but the quality is shockingly poor and blurry. The resolution is so low that I can't even recognize the children's faces. Total waste of money for a professional photography service.

Easy to order prints both digital and physical copies. Sales and deals on different merchandise are fantastic especially if buying for gifts.

Shipping time excellent, photo arrived in ideal condition, print physically of sufficient quality. It's just the PHOTOGRAPHY that is horrendous. Even I can take better exposed photos. This class photo is out of focus, half the kids are grimmacing (as is the teacher), it's flattened all their faces and somehow each and every one of them is skewed. We have a lot of blond haired, light skinned kids, and they are consistently overexposed and wincing from the direct light. But even the dark skinned children with dark eyes are too brightly lit. No exaggeration, the photography is so consistently poor that every year parents from the school who are amateur photographers offer alternative photoshoots, knowing how rotten ours always are and that the school is stuck with a contract. I'm sorry to be critical, but the contrast in photographic quality between the company the nursery school uses versus the primary is too stark to ignore. I am the only one of my friends who buys the group photos, and we always order the minimum number of individual ones. Please review your local photographer (again, I am very sorry to complain. I'm sure he's a nice man. Maybe needs an equipment upgrade, idk).

Paper quality is very poor. I wouldn't recommend anyone. They charge 16 pound for 10x7 photo.

I always order my children’s first year and last year group photos for primary school. This is the worst photo I’ve ever received for a group photo. All of the children look scared or unhappy for the photo. Not a great photo to look back on, but I ordered anyway for my son to look back on in the future.
Maybe some better training is needed for this photographer, these children are only age 4 and 5. Doesn’t look a great experience for them unfortunately.

Both photos are oversaturated, so print quality is poor. The cost for two photos is also ridiculously high for what you get. Wrates are taking advantage of parents wanting a copy of a school memory.

The picture of my daughter was a bit too dark but overall the picture fitting is good.

Have received only part of our order so far, which is a panoramic school year photograph. I could see something wasn't right with it straight away - The children with clasped hands have too many fingers, one child has a blurred patch where their mouth should be and another one has no nose! The photo has clearly been manipulated. Absolutely appalling practice from a 'professional' photography company.

New photographer for the school, photos aren’t as good as the previous guy and cost literally double the amount! Only purchased as my kids will only be in those academic years once!
