I booked a hotel stay through this provider - or so I thought. However, only part of the period was reserved at the hotel, and even that portion was canceled by the provider the day before. Despite filing a complaint, I have not received a refund.
Scam website using scrapped information that is incorrect. When the hotel attempts to correct, they are told that to edit the listings they need to agree to their terms and condiitons and offer booking services through them.
I booked a room for Aug 26,2024 in Exeter Hotel in Reykjavik via Wowotrip and paid full amount by credit card online.But my flight from Akureyri to Reykjavik has been cancelled.I can not arrive in Reykjavik on time.I contacted Wowotrip and the hotel.They cancelled my reservation but refused to do refund.They charged me 200 euros but i get nothing
We Booked a Hotel in Sharm El sheikh yesterday for 80€. We got the confirming email, the Voucher.
When we arrived at the Hotel the had no reservation, nothing. The Hotel made US Pay 300 US$, otherwise we had to leave the Hotel immediatly. We paid.
When will we get the 300 US$ back???

I booked a hotel with wowotrip, saved some money, because they offered the cheapest deal. The booking process was easy and worked fine except a booking confirmation email went in spam. I had gotten a reminder about my booking short before the date of my trip.
We booked with Wowotrip in January 2025 for a 2 night stay at the InterContinental Pier 8 Hotel in Yokohama, Japan at the end of February 2025. They came up as the cheapest during various internet searches for that hotel. Got the booking confirmation email within 15 minutes of booking. No problems when checking in at the hotel.
We booked our weekend trip, the cost was cheaper than anywhere else. The reservations were made straight away with the hotel. No issues or concerns and the bookings were legit.

Made a reservation request….it was fast, accurate and professional. At first I was skeptical due to 2 bad reviews but they gave me the best price ( including resort fees etc) and sent the confirmation number and info quickly. Left town for the hotel the next day. They had the room ready as requested! Would not hesitate to use them again!

This company is a SCAM. Do not book. They lie over and over again. They claimed to have made a reservation for me at a hotel in DC. I called 5 times everytime they gave me a booking number that was FAKE. I finally put the hotel on the phone with them to prove it and when confirmed with the hotel they hung up. Scam and scum. Do not book

I wasn't sure about the legitimacy of this site because the confirmation seemed to be lacking and when I called customer service, the agent answered simply "hello", rather than saying the company name. Thrilled to say it was a well priced trip and everything ran smoothly. I would give them 5 stars but the strange confirmation process and ensuing stress brought them down a star.

Booked a 3 night stay in Antalya through this company, on arriving at the hotel after a flight delay there was no room for me, left stranded in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. Obviously complained and they refunded me my money the next day.
Tried to sort out some compensation with them for all the troubles they put me through, extra costs of replacement hotel, taxi fares etc and they didn’t want to know.
Wouldn’t use these clowns again, very poor company, avoid!

Absolute tosh! I paid and booked a room, the hotel said they never received confirmation, had nothing to do with the delay. Wowotrip blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Wowtrip..
In all it was a terrible experience and I would advise people not to use Wowtrip, awful company full of excuses.

I booked a hotel on wowotrip.com. But they never sent me an e-mail confirmation. And they didn't allow me to enter their website to check my reservation. As a result, I called my credit card and reported this transaction as a FRAUD. The next day I called the hotel directly and indeed, my reservation was valid with them. However, now that I cancelled my payment to Wowotrip, there might be a complication where I need to pay the hotel directly, which I did tell them at their front desk. DO NOT BOOK WITH WOWOTRIP.

It’s my first time to use this website to book a room, I used to made reservation on Agoda but my friend recommended me to have a try. I booked a room with my friend for his birthday and it was a good experience. It takes about half an hour to wait for confirmation information, which feels much better and faster than I thought.

After booking yesterday a hotel in France for Christmass I found this reviews and panicked. On a hurry I called the hotel, send tones of mails, tried to cancel the payment in my bank. And finally surprise it was not a scam. Customer service via whatsapp was excellent, I expressed my hesitation about not having the hotel confirmed (I only booked half and hour before) and they beside giving me the booking number, contacted the hotel, told me that the hotel recepcionist was also going to send me the hotel confirmation and i received it, in less than 15 minutes. So, from my experience, although their web, social media and whatsapp profile picture (a cartoon) seems scam, they are far more profesional and care for customers more than other "good looking" travel agencies.

Once U booked online they never send you any confirmation email.
Until I messaged them they say your booking is unsuccessful.
They deducted the money and never refund.
Says takes about 5 to 15 days to refund.

It’s a legitimate and trustworthy agency. I used them to book a hotel for my parents and they delivered as promised. Their customer service is responsive. I had serious difficulty reaching them via phone but they were quick to respond via email.
