Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication from a single point of contact (Patrick was very helpful) and ordering process was fast and efficient. Best price for the Weber I was after also, so 5 Stars all round. Do not hesitate to use!

Ordered Monday arrived Wednesday. When I ordered it (Very early on Monday morning) the price displayed was £295. Patrick retrospectively applied a discount and bundled my two orders together. BBQ now ready for the weekend, thanks to the superb service of Patrick. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Absolutely amazing service ! Ordered on Saturday and was told on Monday that the price of the BBQ had been dropped and as not to miss out they refunded my account with the difference, amazing!! Item delivery early Tuesday. If only all online shopping was as good.

I found a few Weber BBQ's on their website and wanted to ask a few questions before I placed my order as advised on their website below.
"Should there be any issues or you need any advice on your purchase then call us - we are here to help"

I sent them an email could someone give me a quick call before I placed my order of £400 to £500 and I had a reply back saying no telephone calls emails only.
I told them in that case I will make the purchase with another company. I then had an email reply from Patrick saying fair enough. I wonder if they are as helpful as this in the winter.

Ordered 5 products from the company, but only 4 were sent. I have so far e-mailed (their preferred communication method) their customer services team 5 times and not had a response.

Excellent company, great communication. Would highly recommend.The BBQ that we ordered was out of stock as soon as it became available received email asking when we would like it delivered, said ASAP obviously dependent on work load, received another email saying it had been dispatched. Received next day. Delivery driver also very helpful and polite.
I would say the company are WOW.

I ordered a Weber bbq on a Saturday knowing that the standard free 5 working days delivery would be super tight for when I actually needed to use it. By Monday, I'd not heard that it had been picked, so wrote to them to ask if it could be expedited. Later that day, they wrote to say it would be delivered TOMORROW by courier, no extra cost. And it arrived as they said. Super impressed.

WOWBBQ definitely gave us a WOW service.
We had a terrible experience trying to deal directly with Weber customer services who were unable to replace faulty item or send parts and we ended up having to cancel. WOWBBQ not only supplied, at a good price, within a couple of days but also kept in touch personally on a daily basis to let us know what was happening and make sure that everything went smoothly.

I placed an order on the 12th of June. Nothing had arrived by the 24th so I sent an email to ask if they could follow up, I got a response on the 25th telling me the order had been canceled due to the item being out of stock. Will not use again.

Cannot rate this company more highly. We had a issue with our BBQ (not their fault, the manufacturers) and without hesitation the team (in particular Patrick) sorted it out and organised new parts to rectify the issue which arrived within a week. Massively impressive with the service and a great price too. What’s not to love?!

We ordered a Weber BBQ from a different store but was delivered damaged and upside-down to our neighbour.

We ordered a replacement from WOWBBQ on Wednesday evening expecting that it wouldn't arrive for the planned Father's day bbq but it arrived in pristine condition on Friday (<48 hours after ordering). Very happy customers of WOWBBQ!
