Badly let down.

I have used the company twice before and it's been fine. Labels dispatched by post. We have a holiday lets business and require lots of labels for linens. Incredibly disappointed that an order placed weeks ago - had apparently been dispatched by Fedex who alleged they couldn't find us three times (I had just taken a separate Fedex delivery the day before). So I had to make alternative arrangements and despite requesting the items to be POSTED because we are difficult to find - and our postman knows where we live - we were told that because of the size of the order, that couldn't happen. Previously all orders have been posted to us. So I've had to re-buy elsewhere to get everything labelled, now we'll have another ping-pong of failed deliveries - reporting that there was no one in and the 'business' was closed (because you keep going to the wrong address!) - we're still paying for items £100+ that are now absolutely useless to us and also, not here. Last time I'll use this company, could have simply reviewed the order, cancelled it, replaced it with three separate orders and posted it. Customer service excellence is about trying to help people, not your way or the highway. So this is posted 4.8.2020. Let's see what happens.

UPDATE

So it's now August 11th. Apparently the Fedex delivery from Woven Labels was due today, Woven Labels promised the driver would phone me to ensure they didn't go to the wrong address again. Had 40 minutes on the phone to Fedex's call centre in India - who say it isn't possible for a driver to call. None of this is acceptable. At All.

I found their prices competitive and received my labels within a few days. Labels were perfect.

Will definitely order from them again.

This is the second time we have used Woven Labels for bulk order items and again have not been at all disappointed with the service and product.

We needed 38 personalised backpacks this year turned around in a short space of time. Each backpack had the players individual name along with our team name so it wasn't a straight forward order. Woven Labels couldn't have been more helpful.

The bags arrived well before our deadline, look great and were really great value for money.

Probable fraud at worst, at best terrible customer service. For customer labels, promised lead times of 2-4 days for samples and it was weeks and never saw anything. Claimed sent to wrong address but clearly they never sent anything as asked for photo instead and they couldn't provide.

Very disappointed. After following the instructions carefully, the iron on labels didn't stick to the garments. I was assured they would last more than 30 washes, they didn't even make it to the first wash. Their highest quality woven labels felt cheap and the colour quality was poor. Spend a little more elsewhere.

Really dodgy — never provided me with order confirmation or receipt, when requested lied and said they’d emailed it.
I am 99% sure they made a mistake on my order but I am unable to confirm without proof of purchase. Dishonest, shady company.

Terrible quality pencils. Paint flaking off and print uneven and too close together. Go to Nametape Express instead.

I was told a reprint wouldn't help as that's how they look and all I could do was send them back if I wasn't happy.

The quality of the labels were deplorable and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Customer service was not very helpful either, and delivery time was a joke. Never again.

I ordered iron on and stick on labels. I paid extra for quick dispatch and according to their email the items were dispatched on Monday morning and only arrived Thursday!
The stick on labels won't stay on lunch boxes, water bottles, etc. The iron on labels all came off after the first wash. Absolut waste of money for rubbish product.

Ordered through Amazon and didn't arrive in time for school.
They kept asking for personalisation details which I have given them five time already! They had my number but not one phone call.
Have now asked for a refund.
Absolutely fuming.
Do not buy for these people.
Their sales process is appalling.
