Just got a call from this company that I evidently purchased a package from. It was years ago and I dont have a recollection of it. They demanded a $299 fee before they would even discuss the package I supposedly purchased or the details. The manager was pushy and extremely rude. I decided regardless of what I purchased, I would not givw them another cent. I do not recommend.

Less than 1 star. We talked to the sales lady Karen and Jayden. We went over the prices for the packages, they offered a 150$ package but we could not afford that monthly so they went back to talk to there manager and got me a deal for 80$ a month. I repeatedly told the sales men I could only afford 80$ a month that was crucial to me signing up. The next month after I signed up I have a 241$ payment on top of my 80$ payment!!!!! Nobody told me the way they got the price down to 80 was the company put a down payment to the bank to get it to 80! How does that make sense?!?! When I told you I could only afford 80 a month! Now they refuse to cancel this. If anyone was able to get out of there plan please help! I will go a lawyer route if I have to!

If I could give "0", I would. I purchased some packages from them in 2023 which were not to expire. It was supposed to be "lifetime". I even upgraded for that. Today I received a call from them saying that my membership needed to be "renewed"! I said "this was not supposed to expire, I don't owe anything, they said it was "lifetime'. He then went on to tell me I had to renew for "2 adults"...only $3,028!!!!! Or I would lose my package of 8 trips. I told him to "hit the road!". Don't waste your time with these scammers!!

SCAM ALERT

Nightmare! I made the mistake of signing up to something of their’s 5 years ago and I am being harassed constantly with their calls. Despite asking several times to take me off their list and delete my personal data, they continue to call me from new numbers even now - PLEASE STOP HARASSING!

Ps. Even the holiday option I bought 5 years ended up not being used due to the substandard hotels they provided as options then.

I have spoken with many variations of this company - Exclusivetimeonline, Beach Travels, Wwvacations, Travel Bag. I have had a series of nuisance calls every few months for years and each time I think I have got some sense out of them I get stuffed with the same excuse - they tell me they will send me a proper description of what I have bought but the same old email turns up. One of your reviews mentions a Darrn and I think I spoke to him soon. But I think I have spoken to every one who they push you on to if you don't suck into the deal and then you are promised something else. I want to cancel the whole thing but they say I have to pay thousands to get out and I can't pay any more. I have not been able to get a holiday and the one I did go for I got cheaper elsewhere! (out of interest I tried the same type of deal and found out it was cheaper). I have written to them in the past but no one responds either - owned by a company in Spain I think! Please avoid them!

I have received daily calls from this company for over a year now.

Despite telling them that not to call me, they continue to do so. I have even emailed them several times requesting to be taken off their system.

I block every number they call me on and they call me off a different number.

STOP HARASSING ME AND LEAVE ME ALONE. I AM NOT INTERESTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a scam, do not fall for it. They make you pay without mentioning all these impossible conditions and then you are unable to book your holiday. Avoid and report!!

This is a scam,
They sell you packages and charge for your vacations, When you go to make reservations, they hit you with over $60 processing fee. Then every time you try to book, they want another fee (minimum $300) They refused to refund the money although I asked only 1 day later I knew the minute I bought this, it was a mistake., Don't fall for it!

I’d give them a 0 of possible… complete mis-selling tactics and I’d avoid these scam artists.

We purchased an upgrade from a company called WorldWide Vacation having paid £50 for a timeshare holidays a few years ago who appear to have since been bought out by worldwide vacation.

They called about upgrading and paying £270 to upgrade to a better hotel that would be more central and wouldn’t need to attend a meeting. They confirmed nothing else to pay whatsoever, just turn up for your holiday, this was confirmed at least twice on the conversation, we would just need to ring after paying to choose our hotel. I was slightly sceptical but she was quite believable.

After paying we received a link to log in and sign the contract and see the available hotels across Europe etc.. however, we could see costs involved and a meeting would be required. We followed up with a call and they advised that we were told incorrectly. We tried to cancel asap, having paid with a credit card we thought we would be safe. But Lloyds told us we could not cancel it as the money was being held. Then when the money was taken we tried again to recall but was told because we had signed a contract Lloyds couldn't help. The contract was very basic and no mention of additional costs unless you wish to upgrade which we had already done.

All of the hotels they are offering are far more expensive that I can book myself, I've sent them links with the prices of what I can get them for, for all of the hotels they have offered to date. I have made complaints to the company but they won't refund.

It's beyond mis-selling, on reflection we were incredibly naïve and now know we have lost the money but I'd really like to raise this so no one else falls for the same.

When phoning mini breaks uk to tell them the hotels they had featured on their website were said they were a scam company I was put on call to a lovely lady. Unfortunately the manager darron was not so lovely and i could hear him talk rudely about me in the background of the call. Of course i said something and i was told there was no one else in the room (your office must be haunted then). Anyway to get me off their back they persuaded me to contact this company instead to try and get a better deal.

I asked this coming for multiple quotes on different areas to go on holiday and then was told i need to choose somewhere because i already had 2+ quotes 😂😂 thats your job!!! To find me a holiday!! Im not just going to pick the first place you give me!

I take it Darron from mini breaks also owns this company. What a train wreck! Just wish i could get my money back, i moved over to this company thinking I could talk to someone else and try and get my money back but they were just as bad! I hope karma comes around to darron as I left it too long to take legal action.

Scam company - said they'd taken over from another company I had purchased a package with. Obviously I was had with that first purchase, but I am not going to throw good money after bad. They want me to spend more to actually get what I paid for then more on top of that for resort fees. Just an overall scam.

Easy to book and good communication with the confirmation of booking.

This was sold to me as a discounted 7 days holiday. It turns out that I was sold a discount service for seven days holiday! When I tried to book I was told that I still had to pay the full amount. So what's happened to the money already paid?

"you can use it split up for maybe 3 days then 4 days"

When I asked them for a quote, it came back DEARER than direct with the hotels 3 times! Some discount. Totally mis-sold.

I'm now in the throws of getting my money back but beware....they are Spanish registered!

worldwidevacation is a scam. they sell you packages and upgrades to your existing packages which are never available. And they give vouchers which is not refundable and never available

I paid for a cheap city break weekend, which went OK. Then paid for two weeks holiday. No dates or venues were available when required. Then there is a time limit, so you have to extend the limit to keep your two weeks etc..

They call me up to FOUR times a day! They just keep asking for more and more money, despite me WINNING a break!
I have asked and asked for my details to be removed & blocked their number only to be called from a different number.

If only I could rate 0 stars I would. I have given this company a fortune, i tired to book a holiday, waited 10 days for them to get back to me, in the mean time flights are all going.
After 10 days had contact from the hotel, had to fill in a form, lbs they didn’t like my response to the question about presentations (asked if I had done one, I replied yes at another hotel) quick response back to say they do not have my dates available.
What a coincidence, I am sure before I completed that consent form they would have known if they had availability
SCAMMERS

SCAM! The person who sold me the package told me it would never expire. I call and want to take a vacation and they tell me it is expired. The guy lied just so I would buy a package.
