I was treated with respect and EXCELLENT customer care by the travel consultant ANGELIE REYES. She was so patient and even in her day off she called me to update me on my travel preferences . I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked my ticket through Ms. Rosie, but I had to cancel it because of the war. I was told that my refund would be processed within 14 weeks.

It has now been more than 14 weeks, and I still have not received my money. I contacted Qatar Airways, and they confirmed that my ticket status is "Refunded." However, Ms. Rosie keeps telling me that they have not yet received the refund.

I am frustrated by the lack of clear communication and the delay in returning my money. I expect transparency and prompt action when handling customers' refunds. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible, as this experience has been very disappointing.🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi all, I just want to share my experience using the World Flight platform to book my flight back to the Philippines. To cut a long story short, I discovered World Flight through a Facebook post and decided to make an inquiry. A representative named Kaye responded to my email with three quotation options. Rather than replying through email, I went ahead and booked a ticket directly on their platform, which turned out to be a big mistake. My excitement to get the cheapest ticket took priority over understanding the consequences of my hasty decision. I called Kaye for help to sort out the issue after I had already made the payment. She was pleasant and professional on the call, and she made a quick decision to hold the payment from the account. We then discussed the issues, and she resolved everything without requiring me to fill in additional details. I really appreciate your help, Miss Kaye!

1 Star – ⚠️Avoid if possible⚠️

Our Emirates flights were cancelled due to the conflict, and when World Pinoy Flights processed our refund, their agent, Selina, sent a breakdown showing deductions for “fuel tax” and “year tax” charges. When we questioned these deductions, we were simply told there was nothing they could do.

Concerned, we contacted Emirates directly and were advised to be wary of agent-imposed charges. Despite raising a formal complaint, we received no satisfactory explanation or resolution.

To make matters worse, it took over three months to receive our refund, and these deductions were still taken. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and handling of our complaint left us extremely disappointed. I would advise others to carefully scrutinise any charges and refund deductions when dealing with this company.better still DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!
