I’m writing this review after my third stay at Wood Medispa, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible journey. James McDiarmid and his team have done an absolutely phenomenal job with my transformation. Each procedure has exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled with the results.

My most recent 2-night stay was just as wonderful as the previous ones. The entire team was incredibly caring and attentive, making me feel completely at ease. The food was delicious, as always, and I was so well taken care of.

One of the things I love about Wood Medispa is the beautiful surroundings. I spent a little time wandering through the gardens on my second afternoon, which are simply stunning. It was also lovely to see the progress of the vegetable garden and its companion planting from my room window. Such a great asset to Wood, knowing that we are being fed the very best veg straight from the garden!

I can’t recommend Wood Medispa highly enough. If you’re considering any cosmetic procedures, this is the place to go.

I spent a very long time researching for a place to have my abdominoplasty surgery. Wood had some incredible reviews, from the moment after my first consultation with James I knew it was the place I would choose.

I am now 5 weeks post op, the care and consideration I have received while there for the two nights and all of that post op have been phenomenal. The staff are absolutely incredible and nothing is ever too much trouble, with their understanding nature to their prompt responses with any questions or queries. You absolutely get what you pay for and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend to anyone.

Wood medi spa is an amazing clinic, James and all his staff are the best. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery and would definitely recommend them. Also the food is fantastic 😂

I couldn’t recommend Wood MediSpa enough. James was reassuring from the consultation to now after having a couple of complications post surgery (now 4 weeks post op breast lift with implants and healing well). I am so happy with the results and can’t wait to see the final result months down the line.

Everything about Wood Medispa is top class, the stay was like a night in a 5* Country House, which is what it is. There was nothing I could fault with the care and attention.

All the staff were wonderful, attentive and obviously happy to be working there. The facilities are first class.

I cannot recommend Wood Medispa enough. From the initial consultation all the way through to post operative care I have been treated with the upmost care and kindness from James McDiamard and his wonderful nursing team, in particular Zoe who attended to my every need! The food is amazing, the grounds are beautiful and I have felt safe and reassured every step of the way!! This went beyond expectation and I am thankful to the whole team for the care I have received.

Great service from start to finish . I had consultation to explain what i wanted and James delivered. I had old breast implants removed and an uplift. Very happy with results. Thank you James and all of his team every one of them were excellent . I would definately recommend Wood Medispa. 😊

I wrote down 4 words (caring, professional, compassionate and knowledgeable) when thinking about my treatment at Wood Medispa. I can't speak highly enough of the team or their attentiveness to detail at the individual level at every step of the journey. I felt like I was Royalty. The food was amazing, the team were inspiring and I feel so privileged to have found them in my time of need.

I came to Woodmedi Spa for breast augmentation- I had already been in December 2023 for breast uplift as it was decided that I needed the surgery to two stages for the best results. Both times I was so well looked after, the nurses are amazing and make sure that you have everything you need.
The hospital rooms are lovely, the views over the grounds are beautiful and the food is delicious.
I am just over three weeks post surgery and I am already so happy with my results, they really are life changing. James has done an amazing job and at first I was disappointed to need the surgery in two stages but I am so glad that he suggested this option as I have come away with the prefect breast and minimal scarring.
For anyone thinking about using Woodmedi Spa - do it!

I recently went to Wood Medispa for cosmetic surgery following a friend’s recommendation.
From the moment I arrived the nurses made me feel at ease and I could not have felt in safer hands with my anaesthetist Tom and surgeon James.
The dinner and breakfast was also amazing and beautifully presented, I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel! Although only day 3 post op I am absolutely delighted with the results of my surgery, I felt that the team were really passionate about the excellent service and care that they provided.
I would not hesitate to recommend Wood Medispa to those wanting to achieve amazing results and have a five star experience alongside it!

I was really nervous about my operation, but I was given such a warm and friendly welcome my nerves soon eased. The hospital is beautiful, all of the nurses looked after me so well and I really cannot fault the service from beginning to end. From the consultation which was honest, informative & reassuring to coming home when I was given a number to call at any time if I was concerned about anything- the entire process is faultless. I’m over the moon with the results, I’ve healed perfectly and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

WoodMediSpa is exactly that. A clinic where one can access the best of the best, combined with the feeling of being in ann upmarket Spa hotel. Everyone, from staff to surgeons etc, are all fantastic. It's clearly a lovely place to work and everyone seems very supportive of each other. The setting is stunning. I stayed for two nights and the care I received was beyond excellent. My surgery went very smoothly and although I'm in the early stages of recovery, the results are just what I wished for. The after care and follow ups have been great and throughout I've felt supported and listened to. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all for making, what I felt was going to be daunting experience, a truly pleasurable one.
