I purchased a Sim X-2020 Wasp several months ago and have been using it everyday without a problem. It is without doubt the best desktop computer I have ever had and I have had quite a few. If you need to call them you get instant highly professional help. Use this company without fear of being ripped off. There are only 5 stars to give them but if I could I would give them 10!

This note of professional commendation refers to Wired2Fire ref the supply and ongoing service regarding their computers for the flight simulator. I've purchased two computers from W2F the second approaching two year warranty period.

Inevitably, 'simmers will get 'crash/ freeze' issues occasionally or on a regular basis the latter in my case where my computer would freeze after about three to four hours of perfect operation.

Toby Roberts ( W3F - technical ) and the writer have spent hours, literally hours reviewing printouts and computer generated reports from Task Manager, Event Viewer, CPU-Z and GPU-Z. We have changed hardware and found all in order. In, short the computer with default X-Plane and Microsoft Simulator both using default aircraft works perfect for ever. The introduction of payware or respected freeware the system would terminate. The problem appears to be with 'Memory Leakage and interface with Xlua'

The hardware and quality of the W2F computers is excellent.

To be honest the problem is not resolved, only identified and that would not have been the case save for the post sales professional services of W2F.

Flight simmers are caught between many interfaces when problems occur eg, hardware, flight sim platform, purchased planes, add ons never mind the operating system in this case windows. We are faced with tedious elimination to identify the root cause.

I highly recommend W2R as the timely supplier for your next flight sim computer. Excellent post sales service, always there to help with unparalleled effort to identify and software problems you are likely to encounter.

Will use them again for my third computer supply in the years to come.

I'm very late with this review being as I bought my pc from this company end of October 2016! However, upon receiving my new all singing and dancing pc I can tell you I was very impressed with the company's professionalism and knowledge of the work they do. I was helped, given advice every step of the way to purchasing and I cannot recommend the company enough as a great custom pc seller. Even now 4 years later my pc is still performing as it should and has been extremely reliable. I have had need to contact the company recently and again, their help and enthusiasm shone through. The five stars I've given are certainly worth double each star (now I expect a discount :))! But seriously, a great company to deal with and will buy again from them if the need arises. Wired2Fire Pc now 8 years old , needed work as it had run out of space and the win 7 operating system needed upgrading . I received an exemplary service , they kept me in formed , the complete matter was dealt with professionally and quickly . Cannot thank them enough.

Had a couple of PCs built to my spec by Wired2Fire, to meet family and work needs. Not a single bad thing to say. From start to finish, and after receiving the machines, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Cannot recommend highly enough - great builds, great price and fantastic customer service.

Good and friendly service. Got a great PC built to my spec and only too happy with everything. PC built and delivered for me on time. Communication was also very good during the build process. Staff are great and it gives me confidence should I need to use the warranty.

I ordered my Wired2Fire Sim X-15 PC on 23 March 2020 and it was delivered on 8 April! Great work considering the whole Country had just gone into full lockdown.
This is my 3rd PC from Wired2Fire since 2015, each time I have bought a higher spec. I wanted to upgrade some components, and as I trust Dan, I asked for his approval or otherwise on my choices.
I upgraded to Intel Core T9 9900k 8 core, nVidia GeForce RTX2080Ti 11GB GDDR6 Graphics Card, System Drive Samsung 1TB 970 PRO PCI 3.0x4NVMe SSD, and U32R590 Curved 32" 4K Monitor.
I am delighted with the PC, and P3Dv5, MS2020 run silky smooth with great graphics. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company, and the nice touch is that they send an email after a few months to ask how you are getting on with the new computer.

I bought my Wired2Fire PC in April of 2020. After 6 months of heavy use I can honestly say that I have no complaints about my PC whatsoever, it does everything I want of it. Extremely good value for money.

Came across this great company looking for flight sim gear (pedals) and a flightsim computer. Although what I was after was out of stock Dan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about computers / components and I grabbed the chance to buy a RTX3080 graphics card and only had to wait 3 weeks. Good price and now ordered a Honeycomb Throttle Quadrant and most likely getting them to help me build my computer in the future even though I don’t have to buy all or any of the components from them. Always available to offer advice and they pick the phone up pretty quickly lol really good 😀

I purchased my PC from Wired2fire in January and it has performed faultlessly. Runs the Microsoft Flight Sim very well. It was very good value and the people at the Company were great. This deserves 110%

Good company to deal with. The choice of systems and upgrade options is really impressive. The web site males it easy to build you specification.
I've had my system for about six months. It's performed faultlessly and the speed is all you could ask for.
This is the second system from wired2fire. I would recommend to others following my experience.

My machine has been excellent. Service from wired2fire, including aftersales/support is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate purchasing a new machine or additional hardware from them. Hope they survive these tough times.

I bought my Wired2Fire PC almost 7 years ago and I have been absolutely delighted with it. I'm not very confident in installing new components, but the aftercare with Wired2Fire is great. I recently took my machine down to the Wired2Fire team in Dorking to have a new hard drive installed, and I have also upgraded the GPU. The machine continues to work really well. I get great performance out of it despite its age, and the software developments in the time since.

At some point I will transition over to MS Flight Sim 2020 and, at that point, I plan to treat myself to a new machine. I have no doubt that I will return to W2F when the time comes.

The combination of a long-lasting, high-performing product, competitive prices, and great customer service is a winning formula.

I am very pleased with my new Ultima WS PC received back in May and also the excellent after sales service received.
It is so much faster than my old Dell and was originally quiet but got intermittently noisy after a few days. This was traced to the small cooling fan going into resonance and was dealt with quickly by Dan and Toby who, once it came in stock, sent a new one via Hermes but unfortunately, for some reason, I never received. After 'phoning them, they promptly sent another one which I fitted and has been fine ever since. It would appear that this fan was from a rogue batch and Wired2Fire are looking into it.
