I deposited £30 and the trebled this deposit as a joiner bonus, managed to spend my £30 and £28.98 of the bonus credit leaving 1.02 to play, I them started winning large sums my balance was at £378 within 4 days but I'm unable to withdraw due to bonus credit being left. I have played wrecklessly in hopes of tlgetting the balance low enough to use the bonus credit but I am consecutively winning. This is a virtual scam, they basically take ur money and never allow you to withdraw. I have emailed on numerous occasion, no response and the telephone number provided doesn't exist

I’ve been waiting to receive £700 from this gambling site for 5 months. Each time I message them, they give me the same answer of there has to be checks and stuff like that. Anyway 90 days had gone and I had a message to say that my account had been flagged. So I spent £100 cos at this time they owed me £800, and I withdrew £700, this was the 2nd of September. I won the £800 end of June beginning of July. I’m still waiting for my money. It is a rubbish site so I suggest that people don’t use it, cos u could be waiting 5 months for your money too!!

Just been to bank to cancel my card and to inform fraud team I have to give them 5/21 working days to pay me my winnings before I can report it as fraud . Definitely a scam company avoid at all costs I’m not holding my breath on my withdrawal like :(

Scam of a casino. No licence, no player safety, no rtp.

I signed up and made a deposit to try it out. Played wanted dead or a wild as it is one of my favourite games and unlike at all other casinos - the game landed two bonus symbols but not the third. I didn't know this was possible. The game must have 0 rtp turned on.

I then asked the casino to close my account and was told in chat that they couldn't do it and I have to email someone as i'm a vip (scam). So as things stand I'm waiting for someone to close my account. I also asked them to remove me from the email list (which they said they could do) and yet i'm still getting spam emails.

For anyone coming across this, I have uptaken no bonus funds (therefore no wagering requirement) and the amount is under 2k. They took my deposit within minutes (shock) and now a straightforward, legitimate withdrawal is entering it's 6th week.

I go on chat and they give me the same excuse that the finance department are dealing with it and to be patient I’ve asked for a tel number for them and the finance department but they said that there is no number. They are quick enough to take your money but seem to refuse to pay your winnings. Absolutely disgusting. Ich wurde gerade von einem deutschen Telegrammbetrüger auf der Website winnercasino.bet betrogen. Er verspricht einen garantierten Gewinn, wenn er mein Konto mit seinem Algorithmus verbindet. Und dann muss der „Kunde“ ihm ungefähr 15 % des Gewinns schicken. Dann sagt er, ich muss 55 75 oder 85€ einzahlen und mit seinem Algorithmus wie beim Trople Joker spielen, zuerst mit 2€ 5 mal dann mit 10€ 1 mal und so weiter. Ob die Person gewinnt oder nicht, ist pures Glück. Wenn er gewinnt, muss er die 15% des Gewinns an den Betrüger schicken und wenn er verliert, kommt der Betrüger mit einer Ausrede, in meinem Fall habe ich den falschen Browser verwendet, es funktioniert nur mit Mozilla.
Sein Name ist Paul Müller (wahrscheinlich falsch) und er hat diese Telegrammgruppe namens "Zeit der Gelegenheit", wo er die Leute betrügt. Vertrauen Sie niemals einem Fremden im Internet, der Ihnen Geld verspricht!
