Navigating wine options is easy
Navigating wine options is easy, but I think the site should be better on giving recommendations.
Portfolio has also been limited for some selections and a few prices are higher than my local shop.

Had a gift card so I used it. But your shipping is way too expensive and I don't want to join your club. You should offer cheaper shipping.
You had some coupon codes but they didn't work with any of the wines I chose, also annoying.

I was looking for a quality wine at a reasonable cost to serve when my wine drinking buddies came over. I found a couple that were competitive somewhat with Vivino without having to buy a case. I don't like to do small orders but when wine gets up in the $50+ category i have to temper my orders. I order most of my good wines over the internet as we live on a lake in
Texas and are 70+ miles from Dallas so ordering on line is our choice. Wine.com usually fills the bill.
