Window Nation Ltd Omdömen

We had a very poor experience getting a new door. I had an early warning sign when the surveyor didn’t turn up for an appointment. To make up for it they quoted a cheaper price over the phone. We had many delays — I was assured the door would be fitted within 6 weeks in October. It wasn’t fitted until April. The conmunication was poor — in both instances the fitters turned up it was at different times to those agreed over the phone. At the first attempt, the frame was the wrong size and the door was scratched. The second door admittedly looks good, but the silicone is untidy and the fitter left the wires too short to put the nest doorbell back on so I’ll likely need to spend more for an electrician to refit. You get what you pay for. Avoid.

We've got a great and satisfying experience throughout the whole process in having a new doors of our house. Martin is very kind in helping us as well as his staffs. They are great in their jobs, i can say.

We had a composite door and two windows supplied and fitted. The quote was fantastic, quality of products was excellent and overall customer experience was exceptional. The fitters were very friendly and professional. We were given every relevant paperwork and guarantee. Communication was effective. I would definitely recommend windownation. As a matter of fact, I would be using them again for patio doors. The hallway and entire house is very warm and draught free following the installation.

Very happy with my new front door and triple glazed windows.

We had our door fitted yesterday, the fitter arrived promptly and worked efficiently. The finishing is zen! He was professional and so was from lead to quote. We are very happy with the service and door provided. I highly recommend Windownationuk. Definitely delivered more than promised.

Found Windownationuk to be helpful and provided an friendly and helpful service from inquiry through to the final efficient, clean, tidy and extremely good installation.

may well have gone ahead with these windows but found the high pressure sales man just too much. He's still here!! we've told him that we will NOT make a decision tonight. he will not leave. I thought these tactics were long gone, but apparently not. So unless you willing to make a decisions on the spot do not invite them into your house :( Thankfully he has now left

After having suffered some really bad experiences with three double glazing companies who were trying hard to rip me off then I came across Window Nation. Everyone I dealt with was honest and reasonable. We agreed a very fair price for five new windows and a front door. These have now been fitted and they look amazing beautiful and great quality 🤩

From the very 1st phone call I detected professionalism.
Followed by there Engineer coming to my Home and explaining everything very clearly.
Furthermore listening to exactly what the customer IE me was looking for.
Within 24hr I had my Price via phone call so I did the booking.
A few weeks later the Fitters turned up and fitted the Windows.
No mess.,No quibble everything covered up with Dust sheets and even
Wiped the Kitchen floor tiles down afterwards.
Attention to detail and finally walked me through the Works and made sure I was happy and indeed I was.
So credit where credit is due.
Great Job Guy and thank you.
Kind regards
Peter Reichel.

George was fantastic. He turned up well on time and did an amazing job. Love my new windows and happy with the price! I would definitely recommend to others.

This is my 2nd time using these guys. First was for the front windows, and recently the rear. Prices were where they needed to be on both occasions and timescales where kept to.

We where more than happy with the overall service and most importantly the fished job and workmanship which was faultless.

Would recommended this company to anyone who wishes to avoid your stereotypical rogue window company

I’m so pleased with my new windows and doors and the amazing service from Window Nation. The sales guys and surveyors were so professional and George the fitter was very tidy, everything is just perfect.

Superb from start to finish. The company was professional, helpful, and met all deadlines that were set out in the quoting stage. Really pleased with the quality and installation of my new windows. Would definitely recommend Window Nation.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They were excellent from start to finish. They replaced 7 windows and 2 doors and have really transformed my home.
Thank you

What can I say? Amazing service from start to finish hassle free from survey to price and installation. Would recommend 💯

We would have probably gone with this company as impressed with quality of windows and fair price. However the salesman used extremely aggressive and pressurised sales tactics arguing with us, saying we had agreed to go ahead if he got to the price he quoted. We had to ask him to leave at which point he said we were rude !!! Awful sales tactics !!

Great service from start to finish , very helpful. The fitter turned up on time and was very professional and polite. He completed 9 windows in extreme heat with professional work efficiency. Left no mess or trace of attending the property. Great customer service and we got exactly what we asked for. Great value for money. Would highly recommend this company.
