Wonderful Botswana safari. Michael organised our entire Botswana and Viv Falls trip. We were a family of 3 adults( 2 of us are into our 70s!) All the arrangements for transfers, safari and accommodation were flawless.
The mobile tented safari was organised using Letaka and was superb. Brilliant guide, lovely camp staff, amazing wildlife sightings. Pioneer Lodge in Vic Falls was lovely. Rather wish we had booked an extra day there. Would most definitely travel with Wildfoot again.

Wildfoot Travel was recommended to me by my GP when I mentioned I was planning a trip to Antarctica. Her recommendation was fully up to the mark. Normally I plan and book my own travels which have ranged from Alaska and Tromso in the north to Invercargill in the South Island in New Zealand.

As I live in Greater Manchester I was able to arrange a visit to their offices in Wilmslow and discussed my requirements with Debbie Grainger. Her experience of visiting Antarctica shone through an brochure and her advice fully appreciated my requirements especially for photography for example recommending a tour in February when most of the penguin chicks would be around. Through her I was able to book a tour with Hurtigruten on the FRAM for February 2020 over a year beforehand. All the arrangement were efficiently made and the paperwork with maps arrived in a smart wallet well in time with no fuss.

As the brochure promised Hurtigruten I had the trip of a lifetime and Wildfoot made the arrangements for it to run like clockwork.

Everything went to plan getting to the 7th Continent. Travelling home the Coronavirus hit big time and we were held on the ship for an extra 5 days. Flights and hotels were cancelled, rebooked them and cancelled again. It was due to the support 24x7 and advice from the Wildfoot Travel team got us home 5 days later than scheduled. Excellent support throughout and would highly recommend.

Our trip to the Falklands, South Georgia and the Antarctic Peninsula (which took in the South Orkneys and Deception Island in the South Shetlands) was absolutely brilliant. Seeing these places on the TV simply does not compare to the reality: you have to go!
We travelled with Hurtigruten organised by Wildfoot. Organisation, administration, speed of response and overall performance by Wildfoot was excellent. We dealt with several members of Wildfoot's staff all of whom were efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Have travelled now three times using Wildfoot and each time have had excellent and caring service

What an excellent experience! My friend and I booked a trip to Antarctica over a year ago, so there were plenty of expectations to be met - and they were! We had an amazing time and everything was well managed right from the start. Very happy with the service and support provided, and I will be looking forward to further trips through Wildfoot.

This was a really well organised "adventure". It wasn't relaxing ....but very exciting. Both our tour guides were well informed and very helpful and cared very much about their habitats. For someone who doesn't do exercise, mountain climbing, volcano trekking and hikes were a bit of a strain but very worth while seeing lots of species of birds and animals. The snorkelling was excellent... a really unforgetable experience.

From the beginning we got a great impression of Wildfoot Travel; Simon responded fast to our initial queries and after a brief discussion with us, was able to provide an option that was exactly what we were looking for. Service was fast and professional all the way through and trip to Antarctica incredible! I can truly recommend Wildfoot Travel to anyone.

This excellent itinerary enabled us to view the majority of wildlife on offer during the Falkland's summer. Our tour was problem free, everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful, all the accommodation was better than anticipated and the food was excellent.

Simon at Wildfoot is who sold the trip to us with friendly support and numerous replies to our questions. The most difficult part was coordinating hotel support in Buenos Aires. The hotel used for the trip was absolutely unresponsive to our requests to extend the stay ahead of the official date. For the future, if you have guests arriving early, we recommend Posada de Aguilar near the EZE airport. They are family owned, pick up at the airport and are very helpful. Great customer service

Pre booking process good as Wildfoot provided a wide range of suitable cruises after I had specified the destination (Antarctica). This was very valuable as there are a lot of cruises with different itineraries, ship sizes, cabin standards and prices. It was well worth spending time reviewing them all in order to find the most appropriate one.
However, there were some late problems with administration after booking and paying for the cruise, which may have been the cruise line's fault.

The whole experience was fabulous. Poseidon staff on board did everything they could to make the event special and memorable.

Wildfoot perfectly described the holiday as it was, and there were no bad surprises at all. Even the hotel on our first night in Ushuaia was fabulous.

if there is any criticism at all to be voiced, it is that i was a little disappointed with how little time we spent on each landing, and how restricted we were on how far we could walk on each landing. I think the control is for environmental issues, which i understand, but also taking all abilities into account. To get around this maybe there should be a division of groups for walking/fitness abilities.

Outstanding experience across all aspects

We loved every Minute. Hotel Rooms were excellent, just not enough time to see and enjoy everything. Especially at the last part. Balmaceda. Every night in a different Hotel, sometimes arriving late in the evening. 😊

A really excellent holiday. Wildfoot and their island agents arranged everything and it all ran smoothly. The inter-island FIGAS flights sometimes altered the pick up times but this was to suit their own planning. It is clear that Wildfoot certainly know the islands and where best to send the inexperienced Falklands tourist (I was one!) to see the great wildlife there. Since there are very limited spaces available on the island hopping circuit, you need a contact there to deal with the accommodation owners.Would love to return and when I do, will be using Wildfoot again. Highly recommended.
