Ordered and had to pay in full in advance. The salesman misled us about the extractor fan, assuring us that the more expensive one he recommended had a removable, washable filter. It doesn’t. All the units were delivered in advance and they damaged a freezer in my garage in the process. (Tbh they have paid a token compensation payment) Fitting commenced on 31 Oct and is still ongoing.. five units are still without doors, replacement doors were also faulty. We have been misled about call backs and delivery times. The huge rubbish bags (two of them) are still outside and are an eyesore, with no word on when they may be collected. Stressful, frustrating and I wish I’d never heard of Wickes. If you are thinking of a new kitchen, please look elsewhere

Fantastic from start to finish . Sutton in Ashfield Wickes . Our designer Wayne did a perfect job of doing exactly what we asked . Dealt with a couple of issues without any problems . Nothing was too much trouble . Our fitter Mark Summers was Exceptional. Went above and beyond to make our kitchen look so stylish like it was straight out of a showroom . So professional, friendly and tidy . Would recommend the whole Wickes experience to anyone.

Thank you to James Duffy from Roundhay Leeds, who Has planned our kitchen, to be fitted in December. The young man extremely polite, friendly, patient and knowledgable, when answering any questions that we had. He took time to show us all the different products and variations of appliances, makes, models and prices etc. Very professional. Looking forward to having our kitchen fitted.

I was struggle to source the colour paint I wanted and was finding that stores didn’t have it stock even though it stated online they did. Wikes kept updating their stock levels and it was a straightforward process ordering and then collecting from store. No hanging around straight in and out

We was without a kitchen for 7 months and had a nightmare before we went to wikes .we are so impressed with our new kitchen ..thank you to Kim she designed us a miracle in the space we had . She is a very kind talented lady and very good at her job 👏. Thank you to the two Mike's who fitted the miracle kitchen for us .they were lovely lads so friendly and hard working . Got straight too it and very tidy . I was very impressed with there work 👏. Will be back in the future for our bathroom doing :) thanks x

Order bathroom suit 4 deliveries later and 2 weeks late to get it all here

Ordered fence panels Wednesday. Delivered Friday as specified. Lovely. Really pleased with them. Strong and matches the pictures and description on their site! Would recommend!

Decided to have my kitchen renewed by Wickes, Had to pay up front this should have rung alarm bells, Kitchen started late, Fitter on his own consumer unit replaced since then have had a few power cuts and freezer thawed out, Fitter said parts was missing but would come back, Has not so far, Wickes where i bought this from won't get back to me, customer service have been told kitchen not finished yet they do NOT want to know, 2Months and still not finished my advise keep well away from them

Ah Wikes! I shopped at the Bramley store in Leeds. If you ever need to go to a store where the staff no less than nothing about what they stock, this is the place for you!! They never fail to be bang on with incompitence. If you're looking for compitence-B&Q

Delivery came with different stuff. I lost my day because them and now I have to wait for someone calling me to explain what to do.
This is unprofessional. Stay away from this shop if you don't want to lose your time, your money and your patience

Ordered online from store Haverfordwest. All items in stock or so it said. Even told they would deliver. Heard nothing except that they would deliver on 10th June. Waited in and nothing. Don't answer the phone. Had to go into store and spoke to Asst Manager he said no stock and didn't know when it would be. ABSOLUTELY USELESS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Had to cancel carpenter and wasted my holiday from work.

Absolutely dreadful service after trying to order an off the shelve kitchen online. Firstly I couldn't get all the order from Haverfordwest so I ordered 3 units from Cardiff but they cant send them to Haverfordwest so I had them delivered to a relative in Cardiff, but they didnt turn up on the delivery date and have still not turned up. The rest off the kitchen was supposed to be delivered but the day before I was told they didnt have some off the items and I am still waiting for these as well. Shockingly bad .

Been trying to buy slablayer from Wikes for many weeks now. It has been sold out on line for all this time and I check every single day. There’s not even enough bags for what I need in stores within a 20 mile radius. It seems you can’t buy slablayer anywhere else at even a semi-reasonable price. The summer is going to be over before I can lay my patio! Wikes really need to sort it out, they are a joke.

I ordered and paid for items from Wikes weeks ago on the basis that they would arrive in time for Easter. There was plenty of time given that stated delivery lead-time. They said the supplier would confirm the delivery. They have not. I started to chase when they became due and got fobbed off with a message that their supplier would contact me. They did not share any details of who the supplier is so I can't chase them directly. I have subsequently been back to Wikes a further 3 times chasing this order. They have simply stopped replying to my emails. On my last email I gave them my number asking someone to call me. I'm still waiting. I now don't have the items needed for my job over the holiday and no idea who is supplying them or when they will arrive. I would never ever order from Wikes again. I do appreciate that things go wrong, that would not be a problem if only they would communicate the issue and provide factual accurate information I can then use to plan my schedule. Just got some new fence panels all good no complaints

I would love to give them 5 stars, but the delivery service is crap.
In store the staff are great, sorted us out and arranged the delivery.
The delivery arrived late, the driver would not help carry the items to the door.
My disabled son and I had to make several trips to get all the items in.
Would recommend Wikes, but not the company that use for delivery.

I have already complained

Really disappointed. Part of my order arrived, driver said remainder would be delivered in a few days. Never has arrived, tried to contact Wikes a few times but no reply. Very bad customer service. Certainly would never order online with them again

So after I posted my 1 star review Wikes asked me to call in and speak to Shaun - well he doesn’t exist and I still can’t complete my kitchen

Just like to compliment Wikes on their no quibble exchange/ refund policy, having ended up with 10 boxes of tiles over they happily refunded the money, without drama.
