Not a scam but terrible communication.
I’ve ordered 3 times here waiting on my third wig now. The wigs themselves are good and the company isn’t a scam however their communications are absolutely awful. They have never answered my messages or emails and have never sent me any emails allowing me to track any of my orders. Which makes me so vulnerable for theft.

This was my miracle wig .
This was my miracle wig .. for my birthday weekend.. I worked a lot and don’t get time to get my hair done. My husband had dinner plans and didn’t had much options for my hair. Saw the ad and I ordered the wig.. ins was super impressive that I didn’t have much to do with the wig .. love the lace it blended with the sticking cap and fall very smoothe .. I had to touch out the ends with my flat iron but that’s about it .. I would recommend

I ordered a silky straight glueless 16…
I ordered a silky straight glueless 16 inch on Dec 4th… I am still waiting Dec 13th.
On their website it shows I have no orders at all.
The company sent me a email saying they have my order, after I had to email them.
When I signed into my account with them..still shows no order.. no processing.. no delivery.
I have not gotten any assurances and/or response to me wanting to CANCEL my $125 order.
I don’t know if it’s because the company is in China or what.
Which brings me to another point.
I thought the company was Black owned…since the all the people…“Influencers” are Black.
Very Bad customer service…VERY!
Don’t believe the hype by the “Influencers” the company uses.
The wigs/units they advertise…I’m still waiting to see if it’s REAL.. the same wigs/units.
My other suspicion..normal people call the WIGS…not UNITS.
I’m very disappointed and want my $125 back!

Ordered a wig from this company on Nov…
Ordered a wig from this company on Nov 17th. Received merchandise quickly delivered on Nov 22. The wig is nothing like the wigs I’ve seen advertised. This wig is of very poor quality and I would not recommend using this company. Reached out to them via email and no one has responded. Will be contacting my bank. DO NOT is my advice!!!

our wig cap size is 22-22.5,if you need to a big cap size,you can contact us in advance,we support customize wig cap size.
For shedding problem：When processing one wig, there should have some floating hair in it, so before packing, we usually comb the hair many times just to make sure each clients get a perfect wig. So minimum shedding is normal, pls do not worry, the wig itself is in qulified weight.
In daily care, you can use a little bit of hair oil for it , it will be more silk and soft,hope you can try it.
