Placed a order with Wickes online for a tonne of decorative stones was promised a delivery
Within five days . I was contacted by email from a third party stating delivery would be made on the Thursday between 8 and 6pm.I was informed when I contacted aggsrus the delivery company and informed the delivery would not be made because the driver had gone over their allotted time this was at 4 pm and told to contact Wickes if not happy.Ater waiting half an hour to get through was offered an apology because no one had contacted me and would receive my order before 12pm next day.when explaining I had lost a day waiting for this order and potentially another half day .I was offered no compensation I think it’s completely out of order they are not even offering the delivery cost which I paid shame on you Wickes I am a trade customer but no longer 😤

Ordered tiles for bathroom, delivery did not arrive and then scheduled for next day didnt arrive. Requested refund, the delivery company attempted to deliver and refused. Have been waiting for refund for 2 weeks keep fobing me off. Wickes has been good in the past but this experience has put me off, use somebody else for large items!

As a keen do it yourselfer I have made many trips to Wickes in Chatham and found them very helpful, especially with lifting and loading heavy goods. Not so in Sittingboure. I asked for advice for the best product to use. I was given the wrong information and a cursory wave of where to go. No offer of help with heavy lifting even though I am elderly. The store was not busy. The product itself, when I chose the correct one, was fine. 17/7 Someone called Dylan has just replied saying sorry about my experience in Chatham store- he didn't read my review correctly, Chatham store was fine. It was the Sittingbourne store I was reviewing!

I have to say that when you get great service from a National business like Wickes it needs telling! Louie at the Wickes store in East Grinstead was exceptionally helpful when we required a large amount (probably 10x what they ordinarily stock) and made sure that he kept me updated as we progressed the order. He ordered the stock on the Wickes system and made sure the moment the stock landed he let me know. Louie, you're a STAR thank you. You made the difference, keep it up!

I originally ordered paint from Wickes on 30 June. Unfortunately, part of my order was missing, leaving me unable to finish decorating my bedroom.
Over the following weeks, I had to repeatedly chase customer services for updates. I was initially told the courier was being investigated, but after continued chasing I was eventually informed that the missing paint had actually been returned to the Wickes warehouse. I was never proactively told this.
I was asked to provide delivery dates for a replacement, which I did immediately, but my email went unanswered. I also submitted a formal complaint, which received no response. After waiting again with no update, I eventually called Wickes myself. The adviser apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent.
Unfortunately, even that didn't go to plan. After waiting nearly a month for my paint, the replacement arrived with one of the tins leaking throughout the box. I have now had to contact Wickes yet again to request a refund instead of another replacement because I have completely lost confidence in their ability to fulfil my order correctly.
I understand that delivery issues can happen. My disappointment is with how the situation was handled. At every stage I had to chase for updates, communication was poor, my complaint wasn't acknowledged, and even the replacement arrived damaged.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. I sincerely hope Wickes improves how it communicates with customers and resolves problems, because this should never have taken weeks or required so much chasing.

Day 11 and still 1* (I would give minus if I could)
We have now had a 'technical assessment site visit form' which states Wickes made a site visit to identify the issues with our kitchen, dates 08/07/26 - how? They didn't arrange this, nor did anyone attend on 08/07/26 - what did they do, look through the window? Or are the contractors lying to Wickes and ourselves?
We still have a kitchen not fit for purpose - 6 months post purchase and we still cannot use. There is even a signature on the report to say they visited?
I have repeatedly asked for refund after refund after refund, so I can go elsewhere or get someone competent to fix the kitchen for me but Wickes keep ignoring me and not responding to my requests.
I have now copied in the CEO into email chains to hopefully gain some traction. This is a shambles they can leave someone retired with a kitchen in this state.
Wickes - where is my refund?
Please don't say, someone is dealing with your emails, because if you investigate you can see they are not, and we never get a meaningful response.
Please can someone take ownership and help support us.

I came to the Wickes store in Aintree, to discuss bathroom designs for both our main bathroom and ensuite. I was assigned Mark (Hewitt) as my bathroom designer.
Mark was friendly and very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and designed two outstanding bathrooms to suit our needs. We kept tinkering with the layout until we were both satisfied with the end product. His attention to detail was superb.
Mark also arranged to get the order delivered in record breaking time, as we had organised our own fitter, who was keen to start the work as soon as possible. Mark was always available for queries and got the job done.
10 out of 10 for Mark and Wickes, I would highly recommend.

Yousef (and indeed the young lady who accompanied him) was extremely helpful and polite, really listened to me and what I envisioned, I was offered solutions that didn’t feel in any way generic but specific to me. It helps that he’s a local lad too so knows the layout of my style of house, inside out.
