All of the staff here are top drawer. Always been polite and friendly. Top level customer service.

I have been shopping at this store for the past 3 years and don’t have a bad thing I could say about this branch.

Jo made the experience very easy and was so friendly and knew her stuff.
Was an easy process and great to see the design in 3D and see what it would look like in the room.

We were looking for kitchen designs for the house we had moved to. Alfie Saunders the designer came to our house and measured everything. We went into his Worthing showroom to see his designs and he was absolutely brilliant in trying to offer us everything we wanted at a price that met our budget. His personality was also a real selling point as he is so charming.

my friend ( a lady on her own) got Wickes in to do her Kitchen. To say it was a disaster is a huge understatement. Bad workman ship ! Bad communication ! Fitters arriving late and leaving early! No responsibility from Wickes in connection with their self employed unreliable fitters ! Took advantage of a lady on her own with very little construction knowledge ! A year late things still are not right, water leaks, hassle with repeated phone calls, emails and communication. Don't believe their adverts on the TV. Keep well away from them. Absolute rubbish.

Good price.staff are very helpful and know where everything is.

Wickes had the bathroom lock that I needed. It was easy to find.
One of The workers, Called Jo, Is a very friendly, welcoming, and happy member of staff. She has excellent communication skills.

If you are looking for a new kitchen, Alfie at Worthing gave us the best customer service we could have hoped for. Listened and understood what we wanted and advised when needed, considered every detail to get the best possible kitchen for our budget and room size. No hard sales at all and went out of his way to make us feel like special customers. Unbeatable from start to finish.

August 24 - I ordered a new shower room from Wickes. £8500.00 paid up front. Final cost £12300.00, hidden costs not explained. Large items still not removed from my garage despite several complaints. Wickes just ignore you. Customer services is rubbish. I am now reporting to Ombudsman and posting on social media anywhere I can. Do not order from Wickes.
I note there has been a reply to this in less than an hour. Its shame Wickes cannot give the same response to my complaint which has been ongoing for the last 3 months.
Following this reply from customer services who said they wanted to address my problem I have now got a further email telling me I need to contact the store again. As I said absolute rubbish customer services. Happy to take your money upfront, now I understand why, otherwise it is likely people would not pay them for the rubbish service they provide.
7/1/25 - Still no action, despite filling in another form and further emails from various people. Just passing around from one place to the other with no action. Large items still blocking access in my garage.

Jo Tandy designed our kitchen. Any problems were resolved very quickly by Jo. Jo created a wonderful kitchen for us, we’re very pleased. Would highly recommend Jo.

Jo Tandy at Wickes Worthing designed and placed our orders for two bathrooms and a kitchen. Did a great job in reconfiguring a small bathroom to accommodate a small utility room for washing/ dryer machines. She also transformed a tired kitchen in to a light restful place too cook. Using Wickes we have ended up with a super luxury looking kitchen with top of the range Neff N90 appliances all beautifully fitted at the cost of our local German- supplied kitchen retailers basic kitchen.
We noticed during fitting that any small wrong size unit or design alteration glitch during the build was always labelled' no problem' by Scott, the Wickes fitter, and sorted before we really knew about it the following day.
All in all using Jo Tandy and Wickes made refurbishing three rooms much easier and saved a lot of stress and aggravation. I would certainly recommend Jo Tandy as designer for your next project.

Ordered a bathroom through wickes in worthing. From start to finish Jo the design consultant was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Every thing went perfectly. All the tradesman were superb. All went to time with everyone of them going the extra mile. We'll done. Will be going back to them next year for new kitchen. Won't look anywhere

A while ago my wife consulted Wickes Worthing in order to covert a spare room into a utility space for her 90+ year old mother. Her design consultant Jo Tandy was especially helpful and considerate and apart from delivery issues and problems with Customer Services, which Jo was able to resolve successfully, everything went smoothly. When we decided to install a new bathroom, we immediately went back to Jo at Wickes, confident that we would receive the same excellent advice and assistance. The initial planning was exemplary - Jo was friendly, professional and patient, explained fully and ensuring that we felt positive and happy about arrangements. Where Jo really comes to the fore and goes the extra mile is when the system breaks down elsewhere. The first important delivery was missing vital components - work could not have gone ahead on the day intended. Customer Services seemed incapable of assisting so I asked Jo to help. Jo was an absolute star and sorted everything out. I was loathe to ask her as I’m sure she has plenty to do but she is so reliable and reassuring that it seems the best and most promising option. We heartily commend Jo in her role as consultant and troubleshooter - her manner, professionalism and helpfulness are a credit to her and Wickes.

We had a delivery of fence panels and roofing felt. Very pleased with our purchase. The delivery gentlemen were very kind and very helpful. Great service

Glen at Wickes in Worthing is known to us as Kitchen Harry Potter. The way he designed our kitchen space was magical - way more than we could have hoped for. I loved our design appointments, Glen took so much care and time over our designs, nothing was too much trouble and he makes a fantastic hot chocolate! I'd recommend him to anyone and the finished kitchen is beautiful. Thank you Glen!!

Fill kitchen Rip out and re-fit. Excellent service from start to finish. Glen MacRae at Worthing branch came out and did a full survey and then went away and made a great plan for new kitchen. He Was there to answer any questions I had along the way. Order went smoothly and arrived bang on time. Used Darren Hegarty on a glen’s recommendation as an approved Wickes fitter . Darren was brilliant. Attention To detail and quality workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Made a big daunting job run really smoothly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glen or Darren to everyone. Thanks to both. Tara.
