Wickes - Worthing Omdömen 

We are looking into having our bathroom redone.Glenn ( Worthing branch) was very helpful. He arrived and took a look at the bathroom. Have some very good ideas and was very helpful. Next appointment booked with him.

I had to pick up building material for my husband. I went over 2 days and on both days have very helpful staff who did the heavy lifting for me, off the shelves and into my car. I would like to praise Max and Fraiser for their help and kindness.

We have recently converted a separate bathroom and toilet into a wet room.
It was designed by Jo Tandy at Wickes and put in by Adam at Sussex All trades.
All of the products were ordered by Jo who also arranged the installation.
The whole process went very smoothly.
Etch stage was followed up by Wickes customer service to make sure that we were happy.

Glen Macrae from the Worthing branch at Wickes helped us from start to finish in designing and ordering our perfect kitchen. He was knowledgeable, confident and trustworthy. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us! He was on hand to answer any queries, which he always did promptly and with a smile. Would thoroughly recommend Glen to anyone designing a kitchen.

Went to Worthing Wickes for a quote for which I would class as a very small basic bathroom. Whilst the designer was very friendly I have to say the cost was jaw dropping. The bathroom consisted of only 4 units. The 600 mm draw unit was in itself £947. To cut a long story short the total cost was £4.025. I would say that to remove the old bathroom and replace would probably take around 6-8 hours. (The cabinets are already assembled!! To add insult to injury the fitting cost would have been £2471 let’s say that the job took 8 hours? That’s £308 per hour. Please be mindful of these costs. It certainly did not contain a toilet from Blenheim palace!! Although a so called high end product this is just greedy. The total from wickes would have been £6496

BLUE roll is top notch, helps me with all my cleaning needs. The kids love it ! :)

Met with Joanna Tandy at your Worthing store with some measurements and a dream of a new Kitchen.
What I got is exactly as I imagined and more. The kitchen is stunning ( not fitted by Wicks ) after a complete refurbishment and the help of you Designer I have the best Kitchen , and nothing was too much trouble. One small issue was resolved quickly.

One of your staff Chloe she is very helpful for customer she help me make Wickes app and I buy lot of stuff couple of days recent and get 10% discount.
I really appreciate her service.

Glen MacRae designed our Kitchen so went back to him to design our new bathroom.
Excellent professional service with a unique personal touch, highly recommended.

Click and collect order for 5x2500 pvc joint bead. Cost £22.50.
Arrived and collected and found all different colours of white. Went back in to try and get a matched set, to find there all on a trolley marked down at £1 per length. So I could have got them for a fiver. Staff just indifferent.
I’ll go somewhere more trustworthy next time!

Yet again, dire service.

Putting aside the months our bathroom project over ran due to miss management and incompetence, works finally completed in mid-September. Only 4 months later our shower tap broke off. It appears it may have been faulty to begin with and had been glued onto a random screw to hold it in place. Either way I contacted Wickes to ask for this to be replaced under our warranty and that was two weeks ago. I received an acknowledgment of the issue, then silence. I have followed up and received nothing. Once again the ‘service’ from Wickes is abysmal. I am sick of turning the shower on in our brand new bathroom using pliers!

Save yourselves and go elsewhere if you’re thinking of a new bathroom.

Three years on the new kitchen, bathroom and shower/wet room looks as good as new. Our Wickes designer at Worthing, Glen McRae, was instrumental to the degree of being project manager. He was involved in every decision from colour of units to the choice of appliances not to mention the choosing of wall tiles. He was always easy to contact and took a lot pride in how the project was completed.
