Always find Wickes to be the better option for all our DIY needs locally, good quality items, great customer service, fast and friendly. They are always happy to help. We got our kitchen measured & quoted they were so helpful giving us so many options, no pressure, understanding the families current situation but gave exceptional advice.

I came into the store today with absolutely no clue as to what I should be buying for a home renovation project… and immediately bumped into Nikita. I explained what I was aiming to achieve and had a list of what I thought I needed… turns out I didn’t need half of it! So not only did she point me in the direction of what I actually needed, she also saved me a absolute bomb of money because I was absolutely clueless. If only all staff members in customer service based roles were as welcoming and friendly as Nikita!!

I’ve been to Wickes a couple of times over the last few weeks as I’m doing yet another DIY project. The store always has what I need, the staff are very polite and professional. Nikita is brilliant, she has helped me find exactly what I need, every time, she’s very helpful and professional. She really knows her stuff and if they don’t have what I need in she knows when it’ll be in and will go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need

Fabulous service! A lady called Nikita helped me find what I needed in store .. she was very polite, kind and she had a lovely friendly manner. The staff in store were all very friendly and smiled when walking past them. Nothing is too much trouble.

I went into store not really knowing what I was needing to transform a little outside space for my autistic son I found the staff to be very helpful and welcoming explaining what I’d need and how to utilise the items I purchased especially (Nikita) really good experience from all staff involved

When visiting the store it is always clean, tidy and well stocked. I find it easy to find what I’m looking for, and if I can’t there is always friendly staff around to help me.
On the occasion I have done a click and collect order, it is always ready very quickly.
I have had a few deliveries from the store and the items have arrived in excellent condition, the delivery driver was lovely and helped take the items to our garden.
The staff are always polite and helpful and I would rather shop there than other DIY stores.

We had a delivery from the Thetford Wickes store. It arrived on time, everything in good condition and the driver was friendly. I would not hestiate to get another delivery from this store.

I popped into Wickes, Thetford to obtain a quote for my kitchen. I had quite a strict budget but David Bowden worked with me to help me achieve the look I wanted, within a budget I could afford. I have to say their customer service has been amazing, from David’s assistance, the process from order to delivery has been excellent, the delivery team were notably helpful and friendly too, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wickes, Thetford, thank you for making the whole experience a good one, I love my new kitchen!

Popped into the thetford store early morning Monday the 3rd and the young lady behind the till with pink in her hair was very lovely and patient with me when I needed help working my trade app lovely store too

Just had some alterations and a new kitchen from Wickes.. Great experience from start to finish. Everyone involved was very good. Special thanks to David who helped with the design and Bob who ran the project and fitted the kitchen. It has exceeded our dreams, thank you. We would highly recommend Wickes of Thetford.

Jonathan from Thetford, Norfolk was amazing! He was attentive from start to finish. He sourced some fire proof adhesive, he helped me select my tiles and even went online and found the very black matt ones I needed! He then completed an online order for me! Then after this was all completed he carried everything to my car and loaded them it!
Amazing customer service, totally respectfully, and treated me as a valued customer ! I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Booked a telephone appointment for a new bathroom, nobody bothered to call. Got sent lots of emails regarding my new bathroom yet no conversation to plan it. Booked a second appointment this week, yet again still no phone call. Needless to say we will go elsewhere.

We went to wickes Thetford to have a “chat” about a possible new kitchen , we hung around as they were very busy and could overhear discussions one employee was having , we decided there and then that David Bowden was the designer that we wanted to use.
He seemed knowledgable and caring . He visited us the next day for a consultation and then probably for the next 2 weeks we were backward and forwards fine tuning our needs and wants, he listened to our ideas , told us what would work and what wouldn’t , Cancelling some appliances and changing others , even giving us a refund once order was placed and we had changed our mind, he made sure we were happy with everything .
Nothing was ever too much trouble , he always made himself available and advised great ideas and never tried to “sell” us anything we never wanted . He gave us good honest advice and handled our 1 damaged door quickly and efficiently .
My husband was fitting the kitchen and
David advised best ways to get around possible problems eg: using fillers in gaps and best places to put dishwasher/washing machine etc .
In the past, David has fitted kitchens and his knowledge shone through and made our new kitchen refurbishment go smoothly .
The kitchen is from the Sophia range and the quality is very good, it looks amazing .
All in all what a great experience , made easier with the help of David ,

Exceptional service from Harry – he completely understood my vision
I recently worked with Harry at Wickes for a bathroom layout and renovation, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our very first conversation, Harry was incredibly understanding and attentive. He truly listened to what I wanted, and it felt like his point of view mirrored my own, making the whole design process completely seamless. What really set Harry apart was his creativity. I wanted to make sure my love for home plants was integrated into the space, and he took that on board beautifully. Plus, as a massive football fan, I was just incredibly grateful we were entirely on the same page about the design—and that I definitely wouldn't be painting navy blue. If you are planning a renovation, definitely ask for Harry—he is fantastic at bringing a vision to life.

Not happy with my service of kitchen fixings and having add ons within kitchen Wish I kept it how it was be less hassle

Yet I’m waiting for the extras still to be delivered over a month on not except-able
I just want kitchen finished as this is a joke not equipment within delivery
Avoid as this is bare stress contacting them to wait 50 mins on phone to be amswered yet quick to take money

I would like to say a big thankyou to Harry for all his help with the design of our new kitchen.
From the the beginning he listened to our requirements and helped with a few of our more awkward design ideas. We had a few changes during the planning stages and even after our kitchen was delivered, which he managed with no complaints or trying to change our mind to suit him for ease sake.
The quality of the kitchen is of a very good quality, even though you have to make the carcasses yourself. But don't let this put you off.
Harry, you are an absolute star. Thankyou.
