Laura was very helpful when ordering the Kitchen amazing customer service, helped when some of the doors were marked and damaged on how to replace them and guided us on our phone how to so it.

I would recommend her to anybody wanting a kitchen design as her product knowledge and experience mean you are in safe hands

Great service from our designer Ria. She is a very experienced designer and did a home visit to check our measurements were correct then emailed a detailed plan and 3D design.
All items delivered by Wicks exactly as promised on time.
Definitely will use Wicks for our next project.

I ordered a kitchen from Wickes in Sutton, and the designer, Tara, took all the measurements and processed the full payment. She assured us she would stay in contact and promised to send a copy of the digital design, which I never received.

Before delivery, I contacted the store to make a change to one of the cabinets based on the measurements, but the adjustment was not made. I decided to proceed with what was delivered. Once the kitchen was installed, I discovered I had received two extra items.

I visited the store twice to return these items, but on both occasions, I was informed that Tara was either on holiday or not at work, and she was the only person who could assist me. I left several phone messages and sent multiple emails, yet I still haven’t been able to arrange the collection of the items or receive my refund.

I also expressed concern about losing my opportunity to get a refund due to the return date, which has now expired. Despite my efforts, the issue remains unresolved.

WOW what can I say went to an appointment to discuss about a new kitchen and the lovely amazing lady Ria Hassan was patient, helpful and actually helped me and understood what I needed no pressure to buy and offered alternatives, she even ran over her appointment time with us but didnt make us feel like we had to rush, we ended up buying our new kitchen and appliances. So thank you so much Ria , and if anyone wants to buy anything go to this lady highly recommended and genuine and cares which is hard to find nowadays. A+++++++

Went to a few of your stores which showed my item in stock. All staff in those stores informed me it wasn’t.. finally went passed your sutton store and staff there had a much better approach. Called over a man called David who went out his way to find my item - took him 10 minutes of searching but he didn’t give up, he went the extra mile by searching all shelves and back of the store - eventually finding the item I was looking for! Very very helpful and gave a regular tradesman faith in Wickes after other stores failed. More of your stores need people like David!!

I was searching for a replacement kitchen door for an existing kitchen which I tracked down to Wickes. I had the pleasure to speak to Ria Hassan at Wickes, Sutton. I wasn't expecting such great customer service. Ria knows her stuff, she was professional, knowledgeable, and proactive in emailing me to confirm when it will arrive. I rarely leave reviews, but today's experience deserved it. Take note competitors, this is how it's done. Attention to detail and customer service on point. Well done.

We came for kitchen design and hoping to buy, and Ria Hassan helped us very much. She was able to design everything to our needs, and gave us advice on all the things we were not sure on. Was so helpful, and very experienced, so we were glad to have her to design and order our kitchen. Would recommend to anyone.

Popped into the branch to grab a couple items, Cian was very helpful with putting the items onto the trolley and helping me to the car. All staff there are very polite and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff particularly Adam who helped me check if the wood I was choosing was suitable for outdoor use. He went a step further to load the item so needed on the trolley, to the till and the loaded my car because he could see I would struggle as I had my toddler with me. Very grateful! Thank you
